I purchases a Hyundai Santa Fe on August I paid for them to register my car and send me the platesThe temp plates expired on Sept10thI never got plates or any correspondences from themEvery time I called they transferred mt call to voice mailAfter driving with expired plates for weeks I drove down there paid $in tolls and took off hours from work and the y told me that they don't have the platesThis was after them telling me that my salesman is in that day and temporary cars that they give out will be in the next day so their was nothing that they can doThey just seemed like a bunch of liarsThey told me that it would be in the following Monday and that they would overnight the plates to meThat Monday was days a go and still no plates or title
THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO JUST TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND THEN NEVER TALK TO THEM AGAIN!!

I sold my car to Hudson Hyundai in a weekend and we signed all paperworks in the same dayThey promised to send me check the next week to another address rather than the address on the car's title (b/c the title address sometimes lost mails)I triple checked with the salesman about the address and he said no problem they would send it to the "another" addressThe next week (about days later) I contact the salesman asking the status and he promised to send me email in two hoursAnd I checked with him one more time about the address, he said they would send it to the "another" address for sureBut he didn't send me any emailIn the following week I made about phones calls trying to talk to the salesmanBut only when I said put his MANAGER on the phone, that would the front desk put the salesman on the phoneOther times, no one answered the callI left voice message and no response eitherEven if I got a chance to talk to him, he said he would check and promised me would send me email, but he sent nothing to meUntil last time (about weeks after I sold my car to them) I warned him (by seriously asking front desk to put his manager on the phone) that I would file a police report if I still didn't get my checkThis time he really went to check the status and told me they sent the check to the title addressIt turns out that they sent out the check days after the deal but to wrong addressAnd it's very very very difficult to find the person on the phoneWorst part is they didn't keep their promise to update their customer with status

In mid-March, Hudson Subaru offered as a sales inducement for the leasing of a new vehicle a refund of the last payment on an existing leaseAt the time, I had six weeks left on existing lease and the dealer offered to make the last lease payment of $as an inducement to enter into a lease at that time rather than return
That payment has not been received and I had to make it to the leasing finance companyThis constitutes misrepresentation and breach of contract, certainly indicative of atrocious business practices with this dealerDealer has not returned repeated calls for an explanation and in an in-person visit was rebuffed with the promise of a call when the finance manager was in the officeThe dealer is unresponsive on the topic

advertising on cars.com I brought multiple ads in showing the final price not including fees or taxes The ads I brought in were not ads that mentioned a $discount for repeat Hudson Hyundai buyers I found without this disclaimer They are trying to rip consumers off I again emailed manager ** *** today with a bunch of other cars from cars.com and he sent pricing back that was $higher than listed online Total fraud and I want to protect other consumers My parents are elderly....thank god I went with them because they would have got ripped off

we purchased a vehicle from this establishment and they in turn took our old leased car (honda) for them to returned and deal with all the charges of taken over a lease before it expired this happened in sep
in october we were advised by our old lease company that the Honda dealer that the car was not returned and charges need to be paid - we contacted this new dealer Hudson and advise the situation they advise they were in the process of returning the car and gave us copy of the a check that supposely was mailed
finally I hear from a collection agency in January that this leased car was never returned and my credit has been ruined due to the additional payment of the car not being returned on time
again spoke with the Hudson dealer general manager JONATHAN L** who as a manager has been nothing but nasty and refuses to give us a letter admitting their mistake for us to clear our credit it is now Jan and the honda deal still has not received their payment

I had been researching new cars online and found a car with this dealership on *** I made an appointment to go see the vehicle at the advertised price of $15, When I got to the dealership they had the exact car waiting for me
I sat down with the sales advisor and we discussed what I was looking for as far as repayment price and trafor my vehicle At no time did the sales advisor say they couldn't match what I was looking for
After the test drive the advisor brought a sales manager into the discussions
They first offered the sticker price which I refused and asked what happened to the price on *** He asked if I had the printout and when I said no he said without that they could not honor it This was despite having selected the exact car advertised
The first repayment option was totally unacceptable to me so we discussed other options until they came to a price that I could work withHowever I had to put down a deposit of $

I am rejecting this response because:At the time if sale we asked at multiple points along the transaction if this would be a problem and we were abundantly assured it would not slow our receiving plates or any point of the processOur temporary license states in it that it expires on August so we're have days until that time. The deal is not in my partner's name, it is jointly purchased 50/with title and registration in both of our namesIf this was going to be a problem, we should have notified at the time if sale rather than rushed into the deal without full disclosure of pricesIf sale associates aren't aware of the law they should not over state their knowledge to our inconvenience. We were emailed the requirements to achieve a NYS license which is not helpful at this juncture because it is too lateWe could have gotten the ID in advance of the sale to ensure no delaysI visited your dealership with *** days before the sale showed my *** ID to test drive that car, asked about this at that time and was told again not to worry it was not an issue. There were multiple online reviews stating your business has delayed people receiving their registration in the past and we were reassured by multiple associates not to worryAdditionally we called multiple times earlier this week to be told a generic statement that it is in processClearly no one had started to process our paperwork until the deadline is days awayThis could have been avoided, we did our partWhy did we pay you $to process and deliver this paperwork? You denied us the right to have our title at the time if sale to process ourselvesWe asked for the title after we handed over the cash in our to process it ourselvesYou refusedNow we will be delayed in legally operating a vehicle we purchased over weeks ago. I want others to be aware that you misrepresent your knowledge of the law and process of registration and charge for services you are unable to provide in a timely manner.

I bought a Subaru Forrester on Dec2nd, at Hudson Auto Group (Subaru division) auto dealership and since then despite several phone calls and e-mails they haven't completed the financing for my vehicle I have temporary registration and license plates that expire on Sunday, Dec31st and if I don't get financing by this Saturday (the last business day of the year) I will be forced to return the vehicle to the dealershio and the sale will not go through
Currently I have paid a $3,down payment and the current financing agreement obliges me to a 7.05% APR 72-month loan between myself and the lender for the dealership (TD Auto Finance LLC) for the amount of $42, This includes $7,in additional purchase options that are part of the finance contract I can provide any and all documentation in support of this complaint to your office as scanned data in PDF format

I am rejecting this response because:While this covers the optional extras, it still does not address the fact that they refused to honor a price which in my understanding is pre-negotiated by ***, and also why they increased the price of the car further when I pointed out that the traprice said $and not $ This meant that they got my car for free I would have been happy to negotiate with them on the trade in price but they never acknowledged that they would not give me $for the trade I could have kept the vehicle and sold it privately

On July 3rd, 2017, I sold my Toyota Corolla to Hudson Auto Group The person I dealt with, Will H*** said that Hudson Auto group would cut a check and overnight it to Toyota Financial Services since there was an outstanding loan on the car Then he would call me and I would be able to pick up the check from the dealership on July 6th
I called on July 6th and left a voicemail message but got not response I then left more voicemails as well as an email since then but still not response I also checked my Toyota Financial Services account and the car loan has not been paid off

took doing this, to get the service I should've gotten to begin withIt is due to their mistake of making my oil valve screw snap that I have to even have an engine replacement Personally I don't feel comfortable receiving a car back that needs a new engine, after months of even having itIf that was the case I'd got a used carI feel to rectify the issue, I should be placed in a new carI pay 860$ a month for my car A price not even worth it for a sonataAll I asked was for my car to run how it was supposed to when I signed the contractI been a solid customer for years, and after this service experience I really don't even want to or recommend Hyundai to anyone else

First, the title came back to us from ***In cases when the title is returned a representative from the company will try to reach the customer to see if they would like to pick to upBefore that could be done the customer filed THIS complaintWe cut the motor vehicle reimbursement to send with the title overnighted to expedite this matterAs previously stated the reimbursement checks are cut once a month Secondly, when customer's request a plate transfer it is properly marked on the deal jacket as well as reflected in the paperwork within the dealAll documents were reviewed and signed by the customer including paperwork for new plates and registrationAs you can see by the motor vehicle document attached, which is signed by the customer, it is marked for initialWhen the customer requested the transfer after her new plates were done she was told that we would not be able to do that for her, but if she so preferred she could go to a motor vehicle agency and request it Thirdly, you can see by the repair order that was attached the tire was plugged due to a leakWhen a tire has a leak it is customary to plug it, not replace the tireThere were other issues that were addressed at no charge to the customerOther attachments include a copy of the warranty, which was signed by the customer, and previous RO's

The customer came in on September 22nd interested in getting a used SUVAfter looking at our used inventory she chose a Toyota Highlander HybridInitially she was informed that due to her low income she would need a co-signer in order to finance the vehicleShe refused to explore that option
and she was told the only other way to get this car was to put more money downShe did not want to do that eitherAfter the application was submitted to the bank it was denied for those reasonsThe manager informed her if she was not willing to get a co-signer or put more money down she would need to pick a lower priced vehicleThe customer told the sales person and the manager that she needed to leave because she had been at the dealership for too long after almost two hours of trying to get her approved by various banksThe next day, September 23rd, a representative attempted to contact the customer and she stated she was very upset and no longer wanted to be contacted by the dealership, which is documented in our CRM system on September 23rd at 3:44pmNo one could have kept her on hold or hung up on her on Sunday because we are closedAs far as the "advertising" claim, the promotion that she mentioned is on new cars, which she was not interested in
