In mid-March, Hudson Subaru offered as a sales inducement for the leasing of a new vehicle a refund of the last payment on an existing leaseAt the time, I had six weeks left on existing lease and the dealer offered to make the last lease payment of $as an inducement to enter into a lease at that time rather than return
That payment has not been received and I had to make it to the leasing finance companyThis constitutes misrepresentation and breach of contract, certainly indicative of atrocious business practices with this dealerDealer has not returned repeated calls for an explanation and in an in-person visit was rebuffed with the promise of a call when the finance manager was in the officeThe dealer is unresponsive on the topic

My wife leased a Hyundai Elantra in march of On Febshe terminated her lease months early and leased a Honda CivicLXHyundai is charging us for terminating the lease earlyI never heard of such a thingAlso, this was never explained to her when she leased the car
Again, I do apologize for the delay in processing your motor vehicle paperwork. Your temporary license plate expired today on August 14, 2015 (days after purchase) and I can assure you that we did everything we could have done to ensure that this was expeditedYour registration is due in on Monday and will be sent to you overnight via ***I understand this is after the scheduled time we were supposed to have it done and again we apologize for the delayHave a great evening
In November 2016, Hyundai had advertised a $gift card for test driving a Hyundai at any of its authorized dealersI was in the market for a car then and had visited Hudson Hyundai and test drove a Hyundai Tuscon After the test drive, I mentioned to the sales executive about the reward and also presented him with the couponAfter I left, I received a few phone calls from the dealer regarding my interest in the car, and due to scheduling issues could not go over to the dealership againHowever, on each and every call I reminded them about the reward and was told that it would be processedTill date I have not received the reward card
A few weeks after my visit, I realized that I should not be doing business with such a shady dealershipI did end up buying a car but from another dealership

Around April 30thI had hit a pothole, and had to bring my car in for servicingFirst time coming in, everything went fineWhen I got my car back, I noticed bubbles, in the right from tireWith plans to already bring the car back, due to my wheel insurance, my tire flattens again, on the side wall, on May 10thAt this point, I began to get frustrated, never the less I kept my cool, got both tires fixed and an oil changeNow, May 15th comes around, and I am driving my car in Newark, NJAs I am driving, I see a little pothole that I could not avoidNow I understand avoid them, but sometimes its more dangerous swerving than to just take that hitSeeing the pothole, its no way I would get another sidewall breakBut what happens? The side wall pops againNow I am madI even did a further research, to find out they were over-flatting my tires, at the dealership, with aluminum rims, you're almost asking for my tires to popThe guy "***" assures me he will get me in an outHour g
