They can't keep their facts straight they were harassing my work and [redacted] work and my family that I didn't give permission and almost costs us our jobs I was in a  deferment since January 20 due to having my newborn baby born in October and wasn't really able to pay but this isn't the only time they have harassed us at work because we were behind on a payment they did it in September as well and we notified them not to contact our work place because of a payment like that's just super unprofessional and useless because our business isn't company related to our employers and also would like to add that I have 3 people telling us different amounts that we owed and we couldn't trust the numbers that they were given us to call back let alone they call from a unknown numbers I just would like this to be wiped clean off our credit for the emotional stress that they had caused us with our employers Regard,[redacted]

With regards to being called and threatened to be sued and jailed for the outstanding balance, there are no records that anyone from our location has called and informed Mr. [redacted] of Ms. [redacted] of this. Since the account is seriously delinquent, if no payment is made to bring the account current by the end of this month, the account will be charged off to bad debt and reported to the 3 major credit bureaus as a collections account. With regards to the warranty on the merchandise, we will only offer warranty on the cutlery and bake ware set as this merchandise is warranted by us. Since we do not offer the style of cookware that was purchased by Mr. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted], they will need to contact [redacted]’s Customer Service Department for any warranty needs.

In review of the complaint received by [redacted], the recorded verifications call was reviewed and Ms. [redacted] verified that the order was accurate for the blender which is the reason why the blender was the item that was shipped. We have no records of Ms. [redacted] calling in to say that she...

requested the cancellation of the order within the allotted timeframe, therefore the cancellation request that Ms. [redacted] is requesting is no longer within the timeframe and cancellation is no longer accepted. The blender was shipped back on March 15, 2017 and per UPS was delivered on March 20, 2017. Since Ms. [redacted] verified that the order was correct, she will remain responsible for the account and its balance. Thank you for the information. We have contacted the Independent Distributor’s office and they have informed us that the check that was sent out was returned back to them and they in turn have re-sent it out to Mr. [redacted] via Fed Ex under tracking number 810967836754 on 6/7/17, see attached file that shows tracking information from Fed Ex Website.

We will send a notification to UPS to go and pick up the cookware for inspection, all we ask is that the merchandise be boxed up and sealed and ready for when UPS passes by to pick it up. It normally takes 1-2 business days for UPS to go and pick up the merchandise.

[redacted]iversthis was never disclosed in the rushed manner of the paper work the man never said this second his helper kept telling him the next set of people are arriving that aside how can I decide how the product works if I didnt get it for at least a week after signing these papers second my main issue is both the distributors and customer service are rude and both have threaten me in regards to being basically stupid in using these pans ans that they will ruin my credit upon further investigation these company have a law suit they settled in California for this exact issue  a large class action and here they are in texas  pushing a scam again all reviews have lead to me feeling scammed I even had to fight to get my free items promised by the distributor this is not how legit business is done needless to say the scare tactic has me looking deeper into this matter because I dont believe  this was a legal sale when we had less than 10 min to go over paper work details and signed many packets but hey will be happy to continue to warn Texans ot this company and distributors

I did not have knowledge it was a contact. I was told it was verify my information, like name and shipping address. I was making payments in cash,until I contacted the sales rep and he didnt pick up , I went to the google and search the nearest location. I found some information in Revdex.com website and contacted the 1-800 number, there is when I realize I had the option of paying over the phone.Just last month I noticed there was a contact. Then I contacted one of the sales rep and confronted her about not telling me there was a contract and that there was all types of charges and her response was " dont worry I can stop in two and then I can explain the contact, I didn't know you need that information since we are a good company, we even appear on univision. If the corrects steps are not taken, I will seek a attorney.

Sorry but there must be no communication with in the company because the phone calls have stop. But sad to say the manager texted me to inform me he was going to my house to collect on my account. He is the same one who has gone to my house to try and collect. He is also the one who told me to return the items and I ask if doing so if it would come off my credit. What should I do in this case? When the company has said they wrote it off as bad credit and one of the managers still trying to collect on a account that they no longer have.I would be more then happy to give you his number and the texts messages.

The main point not addressed is that the merchandise was pushed on me under the pretense of a no cost promotion because I am a good customer. I already have a balance from other Royal Prestige products and did not want to incur more. This resulted in my balance being doubled. As a side note 3 days is totally inadequate amount of time to make your decision especially since it was not made clear to me that there was a cost involved until the 3 days had passes (day 5). I want this transaction cancelled, it was sold under false pretense and there are witnesses to that.
I want arrangements made to pick this merchandise up and it cancelled off my card.  I even told my husband who entered the room and asked what I was doing.  I told him don't worry I am not buying anything. Otherwise he never would have allowed it.

By Ms. [redacted] signing the sales order with the math portion filled in, she was agreeing to the amount of the sales as well as the cancellation policy timeframe. The account is no longer eligible for cacellation.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The said order form I had signed the back of and was dated prior to the third business day showing I requested the order to be cancelled.  Being this was done late on a Friday evening, I had until Wednesday which granted postal does not get delivered within 24hours. This sales tactic was not mentioned or disclosed at time of signing the purchase order nor and I was told I could cancel at any given time by the sales person! I was also not disclosed about any interest rate in regards to said financing and I was not given anything to sign in regards to that. This is fraudulent on the sales persons end and the company. Ironically after I had also called the shipment was also sent out for delivery. Both packages were rejected and sent back to your company and a dispute on the deposit that was charged on the card was also given back to my fiance. I mailed in what I needed to cancel and I also do not have the product physically in my possession, your company now has it therefore I am not liable or responsible for anything because I cancelled my contract. You are a scam company also I don't appreciate the false advertisement claiming we "won a free trip" and then had to sit through this in order to claim it. Your sales person also used scare tactics on us claiming that non-stick or aluminum cookware was unsafe for families and could lead to illness and also claimed that toxic chemicals were transferred into our food through the existing cookware we currently own. Other scamming sales tactics that were used on us also included the sales person pulling out a warning from the Teflon manufacture saying not to heat the pan to a certain temperature as is was known to kill birds if we had birds in our household. He then read articles again about different metals used in making cookware and emphasized how unhealthy they all were compared to the Royal Prestige product and that the other products causes cancer. It needs to be known your company is a scam and even moreso why I wanted to cancel. I felt pressured into buying this product and exactly why I mailed in the form canceling and also called to cancel. Instead I was nastily spoken to and hung up on! I was lied to and not one single thing was ever disclosed to us in regards to cancellation and/or interest. I was not told that was a credit application either as every normal credit application will ask for income. My fiance is recently unemployed and it was mentioned that we do not have the funds for this product and even moreso I do not appreciate the HORRIBLE customer service your company has! You have no care about anything but to take peoples money and run. This is unacceptable and I would like my information shredded and contract removed as I did exactly what I was supposed to do. I have proof that both boxes were rejected and returned to your company.

than glad to set up automatic payments on the account, however we need to have Ms. [redacted] provide us with either a credit/debit card or to provide us with her banks routing number and account number.  I reject the answer, they make no sense, yes they have a contract but their policy is have 3days to cancel the order, well how can I cancel for something that I haven't received?  They don't ship the items until 2-3weeks AFTER you sign?  How can I cancel if I didn't receive the items?  They do that on purpose so that the client cant cancel, they know their products is garbage and that's why they have established that policy.  Their sales rep does not return phone calls, I believe they are also trained to not respond to customers.  Consumer should be aware of the fraud with this company.

On the credit application, right above the signature line, it states on line D – “important information about interest charges, annual percentage rates (APR),...

and finance terms are disclosed on the reverse side of this agreement.” By Ms. [redacted] signing the credit application, she was agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth on the credit application. The account is no longer eligible for cancellation since it is out of the timeframe for cancellation. The option that we can provide Ms. [redacted] is to have the Independent Distributor’s office contact her to set up a cooking demo with her own cookware for proper care and use. A reply message was sent to Mr. [redacted] on January 19, 2015...

that the cancellation request was being forwarded to the Independent Distributor and if they had any questions they could contact their office. The Distributor’s office phone number was provided in the e-mail to Mr. [redacted]. Per notes on our system the order was cancelled on January 19, 2015 and no further obligation on the part of Mr. [redacted] will be necessary for this order.
