The changing of the cartridge depends on how often and how much water is being filtered through the filter. Once the water flow has been significantly reduced or the light on the filter indicates yellow or red, the cartridge will need to be replaced.

Well, Well, I was told by the person filing the application and her supervisor who I spoke over the phone that this was required even if the order was going to be pay in cash. I thought they want my information just to have it on file for future reference.I don't agree with your their decision, and the inquiry should be remove.

was the balance that remained on the account after receiving a payment on December 28, 2015. On January 17, 2016 the account cycled and finance charges of $35.40 were accrued. Payment of $1719.20 was received on January 20, 2016, 3 days after the account cycled and finance charges were accrued. The balance of $35.40 will be good until February 17, 2016. Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] are responsible that balance and if full payment is not received by that day, additional finance charges will be accrued to the account. third business day after the order was signed. Since that timeframe has already expired, the account is no longer eligible for cancellation. Hy Cite Enterprises is only the finance company for the order and all issue pertaining to the cookware and/or sales promotions will need to be brought and dealt directly with the Independent Distributor’s office, Century Direct Intl., as we do not ship nor offer warranty on the cookware. The first contact notes we have are from the contact on April 17, 2017 where Ms [redacted] asked for the refund and it was explain that it was not possible. There are no notes that we spoke with Ms. [redacted] prior to that date. If Ms. [redacted] spoke with someone prior to Apri 17, 2017, it was not with us.

Numerous tinge I have advised that I have never offer this or received any order. In fact shouldn't there be a delivery confirmation something to arrest that the products have been received?   All your complaining is that someone signed the document, could possibly have possed as me. What certification do you have that that number was dialed. Your agent stated that my personal information is never deleted from your file and that anyone and everyone had access to it. All I'm asking for you to do is verify who received that order, because I never did because I simply never placed it. I refuse to pay for something that someone else ordered under my name. Show me proof that I received that order. I still have the order slip from 2012, I keep all my documents and I have nothing from you people. The other thing I find strange is that to be perfectly honest my credit should have not been good enough for you people so I have no clue how you even approved this order.

It doesn't matter how many times they say it. I know Maria and my Rep said someone would be coming to take the filter back and write "returned" on the receipt and that would entitle me for a cancellation. They can negate it now, but that's what they said. The filter isn't installed so I will be paying for an unused filter or they will send me to collection when they simply take their filter back and not lose money or waste more time in this battle.

This is not an offer to settle this dispute, your companies sale pitch is illegal. The sales people should not be saying I can get cancer from using the pans I have in my kitchen and should explain to the client (me) that this is going they'd finance company whom will charge you 50% interest of your monthly payment each month because most people DONT read the fine print!!!!  The sales tactics are a trap to consumers.  As previously explained all the products I purchased are still in the ORIGINAL packaging brand new, have NOT been USED!! Why can't I return them? And I requested a copy of my COMPLETE contract which your company has yet to provide!!! Please provide the complete contract along with the terms and conditions and let me return these products.

Well since you guys do have everything in recording you guys never have the first one when I called two days later after feb. 9th? Right when I called to cancel RIGHT AWAY! Plus since then I've spoke to plenty of people and you guys haven't even brought me my "gift" or sent it this is a scam and you guys are crooks that's how you guys get people I never gave any money and if that was the case I would gladly let you keep that money since it ain't mine aslong as I never do business with you people again very poor service and all the people that work there are very unprofessional all they did was hook me with a product knowing I had no money. And to answer that I don't recall all that and that day 2 guys came to my house I told them I didn't want it and I had talked to a lady and they said they just want me to call just to make sure it's me because and that my address was accurate I told them I didn't have a phone and the guys brought a phone with them all I recall them ask me was for my order number and if my number was correct but that was it. This is not the only time I heard something like this you lost my parents as valued customers for more then 10+ years and I even told the people I recomended not to buy anything from these salesmen there all crooks and I hope that salesman who basically did FRAUD! On me gets fired!

The cancellation of the blender is passed the allotted timeframe and is no longer eligible for cancellation. As previously stated, the blender jar can be replaced for the $29.95 shipping and handling cost, however the cancellation of the order is no longer eligible.

Since the allotted timeframe has passed, the account is no longer eligible for cancellation. Also, the order was verified as correct as well as Ms. [redacted] agreeing to the backorder of the merchandise. With regards to the Expresso Machine, the correct merchandise was re-shipped to Ms. [redacted], however, the package was refused when UPS attempted to deliver it.
