I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me but I would prefer if you send me a letter through here as your intentions to remove yourself from all 3 credit agencies as I had stated in my letter. Please attach the letter that you are sending as I am not even sure you have a correct address!  Please forward the letter through here, Thanks

IC System has sent another automated update to the credit reporting agencies to reiterate deletion of the account from Ms. Pointer's credit record. The automated update was sent to those agencies on February 21, 2017.Any further questions can be directed to Consumer Affairs at 800-279-7951.

We certainly apologize for any misunderstanding. Not all of the information was brought to our attention. It is not clear if the collector update did not take. The accounts at issue have been withdrawn and submitted for deletion from the credit bureau. Attached are copies of letters IC System mailed to the consumer.

I am rejecting this response because:
This is not the information that I received from IC.  I received a letter telling...

me that they were removing their entry with the Credit Reporting Firms, (which is the main item), and included a report for me to file with [redacted] claiming fraud/identity theft.This is not fraud/identity theft.  In my opinion, it is gross mishandling of this account.  I have requested IC to supply me with the information that they received from [redacted] that they used to report an erroneous collection activity, (done without any prior contact with me).I don't know if Revdex.com can do anything to insure I get this information.  You have accomplished the main item of getting IC to remove the collection item from my credit reports.thank you for your help.

Our client provided validation of this file. IC System sent the validation to the consumer dated May 18, 2017. We have ceased all communication on the file going forward.
