Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your accountUpon review of the user's account, the user is fabricating receipts and submitting them to Ibotta for reviewFor example, the user typed and printed an alleged *** receipt and attached the *** logo on the top of the receiptOur
system and our team instantly marked the receipt as fabricated and the user was then locked from her accountUpon further review of the user's account, the user has done this multiple times along with cutting and taping receipts together in order to fraudulently earn credit on products that the user has already received credit forI have included a picture of just one example of the tampered receiptFrom the picture, it is seen that the user taped a portion of another receipt on to the fabricated receipt in order to earn credit. Unfortunately, Ibotta takes tampering and fabricated receipts very seriously and is grounds for deactivationPer our Terms of Use, Section 10.1, users may not submit purchase information that is considered one of the following: false, inaccurate, fabricated, counterfeited, tampered with, adjusted, or otherwise artificial or inauthentic for the purpose of seeking to redeem offers with IbottaAdditionally, in Section 10.6, we state that users may not attempt to obscure the date on a receiptFor example, we do not accept submissions without any clearly legible date shown or without any date entirelyAt this time, we will not reactivate the user's account and appreciate the user's cooperation and understanding. I am rejecting this response because:I did follow the proper steps and unlock the rebate and use the App from your AppIt's not my first time purchasing *** from your Website, and I don't think I made the process wrongI did unlock the rebates because I used this feature with cashbacke successfully previouslyIf I didn't unlock it, how did the *** App come out from your App? I did place multiple orders in one day previously with cashback return successfully, and there is no policy indicating at your Website or App that I need to wait orders one by one.I had three orders for April and two orders for May Please credit 10% of the total five purchases ASAP
