I am rejecting this response because: I have a copy of every receipt along with a bank statement proving it was meAdditionally I had $which was the minimum to withdraw to an account, fine you can keep my account inactive but you still owe me my dollar which you do not have my permission to keep you can mail it in the form of a check or allow me to transfer it via my *** or ***Stop lying to the Revdex.com you are clearly a scam that keeps people's money after making them do the work then closing their account and keeping the moneyI have proof my receipts are mine charged by me all on my cc in my name and I warmed which is the minimum to withdraw so give me my I am owed then we will have a resolution.

Hello,Thanks for your reply regarding your complaintIt sounds like the user may be confused or twisting the meaning of "multiples"As clearly stated in this article found in our Help Center, https://help.ibotta.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005906767-How-Do-Multiple-Redemptio... , the phrase that the user is quoting is "per receipt"This means that the user must purchase enough qualifying items to satisfy a single submission of the receipt and the redemption of the mentioned quantitiesFor example, on 12/18, the user submitted a Walmart receipt and said that they purchased two Caboodles productsIn actuality, the user only purchase ONE Caboodles product and then returned the productThat type of redemption would have been correct had the user purchased the appropriate amount of products to satisfy the multiple redemption. A user may ONLY submit a receipt for a redemption one time, for example, the user can submit the receipt for the Caboodle product one timeThe user may NOT submit the same receipt for the same product as this is against our Terms of UseAs stated, the user was submitting the same receipt for the same offer many different times as well as different offers not present on the receiptThe user was also submitting receipts for offer credit and then returning the productsWe are firm in our decision to maintain deactivation on the user's accountThank you for your cooperation
