Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your accountUpon review of the user's account, the user submitted a receipt claiming the following offers: bananas, shredded cheese, and eggsThe user's receipt only revealed a purchase of shredded cheeseUnfortunately, claiming offers that are not
actually present on the receipt is a direct violation of our Terms of Use. However, as a one-time courtesy, we have reactivated the user's account with the acknowledgement that future behavior violates our Terms and is grounds for permanent deactivationPlease let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you and have a nice day

Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your account. It appears that you have had continued correspondence with one of our representatives. As previously stated, the accounts created in an attempt to exploit the referral fraud system will remain permanently suspendedWe have
found information across all of your accounts that indicate they belong to the same user. Due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to suspend accounts either temporarily or permanently if users violate any section of our Terms of Use.Also, we are unable to transfer funds between accounts, since each user is only permitted one account and duplicate accounts are created outside our Terms of Use. We work with brands to deliver high-quality rebates to our users, who we pay cash to, for items being purchased and retainedWhen users operate outside our Terms of Use they are breaking this contractPlease review our Terms of Use to avoid permanent suspension in the futureThey can be viewed here: https://ibotta.com/docs/termsIn addition, as state previously, your original account will remain activeThank you for your cooperation and understanding

Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your accountOn 5/23/2016, the user was educated about having multiple earning accounts with IbottaA user is limited to ONE earning account with Ibotta and up to TWO different accounts may share a single device. The user had two earning
accounts with Ibotta as well as up to different accounts sharing a single deviceWhen more than two accounts share a single device, the erroneous accounts are deactivated so that the user can be educated about Ibotta's Terms. The account in question, associated with the email address that the user wrote in from, has been deactivated since May Moving forward from that date, the user has been using the account that they were allowed to continue using Ibotta withThe email on the active account is ***This account has been active since December 22, 19:34, has lifetime earnings of $610.00, and is currently open and active right nowThe last redemption on this account was on 9/4/2017. We suggest that the user log in to their main earning account and continue using that accountThe account that was deactivated in May will not be reopened and the funds were forfeited when the Terms of Use were broken. Please let us know if you have any further questionsThank you and have a nice day
Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your accountUpon review of the user's account, the user is submitting receipts that show an excess of purchases in single dayFor example, the account shows an excess of purchases made at a single purchase across the span of entire dayWe
consider this irregular shopping behavior and therefore believe that these purchases were made by other users and not the user in question. Also, on review of the remainder of the user's receipts, the user is consistently submitting invalid receiptsThis happened in excess of timesFor example, the user will submit a single portion of the receipt excluding the date time and then upon review previous receipts, the user is actually submitting a receipt that is outside of the day submission time frameWe believe that the user is purposefully excluding the date and time on the receipt in order to earn Ibotta credit fraudulentlyDue to the extent of the invalid receipts and the multiple submissions of single day purchases, we are firm in our decision to maintain account deactivation and the funds have been forfeit per our Terms. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the user's cooperation and understandingThank you

We appreciate the user and her continued *** of IbottaIf the user has any additional questions about her account or offers that are available to her, please reach out to the Care TeamThank you and happy earning!

Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your accountOn 4/27/17, the user requested that the phone number linked to her account be removed from her accountOur Team completed this request for the user since the user was able to provide the number that was linked to the account at that
timeOn 4/27, 4/28, and 5/the user attempted to link a number to her account, two times per dayOn 5/and the third attempt, the user was able to link a number to her account. Therefore, we believe that the user linked a number that she would not normally have access to due to the issues of not being able to link the preferred numberThe number provided is through Verizon but not Verizon Wireless, which is the provider of her previous phone numberUnfortunately, we are unable to make changes to the user's account if the user cannot provide the current phone number linkedWe apologize for the inconvenienceWe are happy to test any list of phone numbers that the user can provideThank you

I am rejecting this response because all Ibotta's claims are false. First of all I've never returned that many items anywhere in my entire life. Secondly, while using the Ibotta app I had issues either taking pictures of my receipts or scanning the QR code. And I sent them numerous complains about it and it was never fixed. Thirdly, they are saying I submitted receipts to get multiple rebates when they offer multiple rebates for certain items and it's clearly stated after clicking and reading about that item rebate. I ask that Ibotta show proof in detail of all their claims if they are correct or give me my money that they owe me. I also ask that they show proof that they do offer multiple rebate per certain items in their app. I've attached a photo of a rebate showing that they offer multiple rebates on certain items. It can range from twice up to five times per receipt. If you ask me, if a person tries to get the rebate too many times, that's Ibotta's job to catch not the app user. It's too much to ask the user to scroll through endless activity just to see and try to remember how many times they've gotten a rebate on one particular item.I believe Ibotta needs to do a better job with their software or employ people who care to do their job accurately.I earned my rebates, spent a lot of my personal time, and believe it's only fair they should give me what I earned.
Sincerely,

Hello, Thank you for your reply regarding your accountUnfortunately, we are firm in our decision to keep this account deactivated. Users shall not be eligible to earn referral bonuses if they invite other users who share the same mobile device, create multiple accounts, or attempt to exploit our referral program in any waySuch actions violate our Terms of Use and provide clear evidence for Ibotta to terminate a user’s account, rescind any referral bonuses, or take any other actions as appropriate. We work with brands to deliver high-quality rebates to our users, who we pay cash to, for items being purchased and retainedWhen users operate outside our Terms of Use they are breaking this contractIf we allowed our users to continue this behavior we would jeopardize our reputation and relationship with our brand affiliates and other users. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding
