Hello, Thank you for your reply regarding your account. The information, such as name, city, zip, etc, was requested as the user needed her email address updated. The user sent her driver's license at her own accord and not by the Ibotta Team's request. Unfortunately, since the user is unable to provide the currently linked number to her account, we are unable to make any changes to her account. As the user has only ever linked one phone number to her account, and [redacted] does not match, we suggest that the user provide additional phone numbers to test against her account. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and hope that the user is able to provide the correct number linked to her account. Thank you and have a nice day.

Hello, Thank you for your reply regarding your account. Upon review of your submitted receipts, the receipts have been altered, tampered, or otherwise fabricated for the sole purpose of obtaining Ibotta receipts. In some instances, no products were purchased at all, an incorrect product was submitted for a rebate, OR products purchased for a rebate were returned; in which Ibotta is not only being defrauded but the retailer as well.  Ibotta is grateful for the choice our users make every day to use our app. When outlying users violate our Terms of Use, this jeopardizes our relationships with Brands and Retailers, potentially preventing us from continuing to provide high quality rebates and bonuses to the majority of our users. Improperly receiving credit is taken very seriously by our teams and an account can be flagged and reviewed. We will always conduct a review in a timely manner and answer questions relevant to the account. Although not every account will receive a review, we strive to provide a positive experience for all users aligned with our Terms of Use. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

It really is sad that I had to file a complaint with Revdex.com to get a response from Ibotta and then they tried to make out like it was my fault. [redacted] amazing!!

Hello, Thank you for the further explanation. Unfortunately, as stated before, in order to give you credit for the Spend and Earn rebate, an itemized receipt is necessary for accurately matching and crediting your rebates. Please read the rebate details as follows: "Rebate valid for dine-in or [redacted] orders. Online purchases are not eligible for credit. A rebate is limited to one redemption per user per visit and cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts. To qualify, you must spend at least $15 before tax and gratuity. The $15 minimum purchase requirement must be met in a single transaction. No partial credit will be awarded if $15 minimum is not met. Rebate excludes purchases made on alcoholic beverages, limited time offers, daily specials and gift card purchases. Rebate excludes Guam, Hawaii, Manhattan, airport and international locations. To receive credit, the submitted receipt must contain a retailer logo, product numbers, product text, total, and transaction number. All receipts must be submitted within one week of the printed receipt date."Because alcohol is excluded from the rebate, we will need an itemized receipt in order to give you credit.We work with brands to deliver high-quality rebates to our users, who we pay cash to, for items being purchased and retained.  When users operate outside our Terms of Use they are breaking this contract.  If we allowed our users to continue this behavior we would jeopardize our reputation and relationship with our brand affiliates and other users.Unless we are presented with an itemized receipt, we will be unable to credit you for this rebate. I did wait the appropriate amount of time, and received no more response from the business. They repeatedly asked to do the same things I had been doing, and it was frustrating. If you expect better in terms of my attitude then please get on top of your customer service as it is sorely lacking. Additionally, I was only given the rebates and points towards certain promotions after I filed a complaint and refused your last resolution. I do not appreciate you wording an email that attempts to portray that you have been on top of your job all along, and that I am just some lunatic with an out of control mouth.  You only awarded what was due in response to this complaint.

This includes the following: inviting oneself on an additional account or inviting others who share the same mobile device.Users shall not be eligible to earn referral bonuses if they invite other users who share the same mobile device, create multiple accounts, or attempt to exploit our referral program in any way. Such actions violate our Terms of Use and provide clear evidence for Ibotta to terminate a user's account, rescind any referral bonuses, or take any other actions as appropriate. Due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to suspend accounts either temporarily or permanently if users violate any section of our Terms of Use. Again, we apologize for the confusion, but we will be unable to reactivate any of your multiple accounts at this time. Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your account. Upon review of the user's account, the user made a purchase through one of Ibotta's mobile shopping retailers. The user's purchase was considered "dropped". This means that the link between Ibotta and the retailer was somehow disrupted...

and the purchase was not linked to the user's account. Ibotta requested the purchase information from the user and has escalated the purchase to our partners for review. A review consists of reviewing the purchase for it's eligibility and then administering credit after the review is completed. Ibotta has sent the information regarding the user's purchase over to the relevant parties, however, we cannot guarantee when we will hear back from them. We appreciate the user's patience and understanding regarding this matter. The user can be 100% sure that we will get back to her regarding her purchase and it's eligibility. Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your account. We understand that you personally may have made your purchases but it is a violation of Ibotta's Terms to share any receipt with another user for both users to receive credit. We also found several receipts within your account with the date obscured or intentionally torn out of the receipt. We verified that receipts submitted to us, through your account, violate Ibotta’s Terms of Use. Per our Terms of Use, Section 10.1, users may not submit purchase information that is considered one of the following: false, inaccurate, fabricated, counterfeited, tampered with, adjusted, or otherwise artificial or inauthentic for the purpose of seeking to redeem offers with Ibotta. Additionally in Section 10.6, we state that users may not attempt to obscure the date on a receipt. For example, we do not accept submissions without any clearly legible date shown or without any date entirely. Unfortunately, we are choosing to keep your account deactivated and all funds within the account have been forfeited as you do not have enough funds to cash out. Per Ibotta’s terms of use, Section 5.2 “…If your account is terminated by Ibotta…any rights you have to the Rewards in your account will terminate and you will no longer be eligible to receive a distribution of such Rewards.” Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

I have only ever had two phone numbers in my life. The two I provided I also tried entering fellow friend and and Family numbers to see if possibly I used there’s with no luck. Obviously I entered a phone number wrong by one number and now they are keeping my $25 from me. This is by far one of the worst customer services I have ever used. There is not even a button to chang my number on my side. I can only see name and email. My sister even said when she cashed out the first time they never asked for a phone number
