Copper Fit-2 Pack Face Masks
I received my order to two each charcoal and blue Copper Fit Never Fit masks. I like the quality, but would like to know if I can return them for a larger size? If not, can I return them for a refund?

Titanium Trimmer Review
I am a very happy Titanium Trimmer customer..

On February 8, 2021 I received my Micro Touch Titanium with skeptical optimism. When I opened the box it looked impressive. With a positive attitude my wife of 52 years began to give me yet another Pandemic haircut. Very quickly I felt hair being cut, not pulled out of my head. Hair fell of of my head the way it does when a professional barber cuts my hair. Things felt good and I became optimistic that this was going to be a good haircut. In no time, she was finished. I went to the mirror and saw a better than just ok haircut. It was great! My wife is the best and so is my new trimmer. I think that I will try to keep both around for another 52 years!

I would send you pictures but my face would take too much away from my wife's success.

Finishing Flawless Facial Hair Remover
When I first got it, as a gift, it was great. But after a year the top won't stay on, the light doesn't come on, and it doesn't work. I even bought new tops for it, but to no avail. Very unhappy because I really liked it. Is there anything you can do about it? I don't want to buy a new one if it's not going to last me longer. Thanks. Edie Brown My email is [email protected]

Micro touch Switch blade shaver.
I ordered this shaver April 24.2020. Numerous letters to the seller, I finally received July11,2020. This shaver is not any good. Would not recommend this to anyone. I tried to shave my neck and the blade nicked me badly. Certainly not worth the money I paid. I shaved around my eyebrows and the shaver got so hot after 40 seconds I had to turn it off.

Flawless Faicial Hair remover
I ordered a Flawless facial hair remover. It said battery included - not battery.
Then when I did get a battery, I look at the top and it has no head at all let alone 18K gold plated. Please let me know what I need to do to get a replacement. I almost wonder if this was used and returned or something

Copper Fit Gloves are a JOKE
Purchased a Pair two weeks ago, and after wearing them for two weeks, the only thing they did was make my hands more uncomfortable. They are nothing ore than "CHINESE" JUNK.
After doing more research, I found out that "Idea Village" is nothing more than a Chinese junk peddeler, and will be sure to let everyone I talk to about they useless gloves. That they do absolutely NOTHING!

This fraudulent company has charge me $75 for two things that I never received. One was a copper fit gloves and as either have said on this website you get additional one for shipping and handling neither one I got. I also was charge for some sort of used skin product that I never ordered and also never received. Both charges were for $37.95 which just come out of my bank account. Every time I called no one answered the phone and it’s always an inappropriate time which are not taking calls or some bull. I am going to contact my bank and file a fraudulent charge on my bank account and I will have my bank pursue the funds that I want back from this company that I think is bogus and it’s probably ripping off many people they need to be held accountable. I will see to it that they are.

[redacted] placed an order over the internet on 4/12/for the HD Vision SunglassesShe called our distribution center on 4/13/to cancel the order but all the shipping information had already been sent to [redacted] for shipping and it couldn't be cancelled at that point As a courtesy I have issued a full refund of $to the customer

The order is in transit to the customerI went over the boarder and through Customs on 10/14/ I does not show that it has been delivered yet As a courtesy, I have issued the customer a full refund of $to his [redacted] *** If the package does arrive, the customer should just write "REFUSE, RETURN TO SENDER" on the outside of the package and give it to their mail carrier or take it to the post office If we get notification that the package was delivered and was not returned, we will rebill the customers's credit card for the prodcuts

Tracking shows the order was delivered to [redacted] on 3/12/ It doesn't show that she refused the shipment Once the order is returned she will receive a full refund to her credit cardAs far as the receipt she attached it does show on the Description that it is a BOGO (Buy One Get One)
