The TV Infomercial for the HD Vision Sunglasses is you buy 1 pair for $10.00 plus $5.99 S & H. You get a second pair for just the additional S & H charge of $5.99 for a total of $21.98 for 2 pairs of sunglasses. The  S & H charge for [redacted] orders is $7.49 which is why [redacted]...

was charged a total of $24.98.  We do not charge a customer for anything we do not tell them about.  The company policy is a refund is issued when the product is returned.  As a courtesy we will issue the customer a refund to his credit card of $23.98 even though he did not return the sunglasses.

Revdex.com NJ FILE# [redacted]

The order shows it was shipped on 12/21/16.  As a courtesy I will have our distribution center in Las Vegas reship the order to [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am only rejecting this because I have tried to return it to the store, they have since closed permanently. Second, that means I would have to pay to have it shipped to your company. I fail to see why I would have to pay to have it returned.
Regards,
[redacted]

[redacted] received his original order of 2 sets which is 4 pairs of socks.  Our distribution center sent him an additional pair and our Corporate Office sent him 2 more pairs. We consider this matter closed.

We issued the customer a full refund today 1/19/17 to his credit card.  It goes over electronically and will show on his card in 2-3 days.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
This is a false record of what happened. When I called on Monday April 6th nothing had shipped. I was told there was 1 order!!!!! I cancelled that order. The website leads you to believe you have submitted your order and then upgrades it with no ability to remove it. Its a BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! I did not order the product twice and I received only 1 confirmation for the order. The second "order" was supposedly placed on 4/5. I WILL REFUSE THE SHIPMENT AND I EXPECT A COMPLETE REFUND!!!! IT IS STILL PENDING IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.
Regards,
[redacted]

They did credit my [redacted] only thanks to you.   I thank you so much for helping me.  [redacted]

[redacted] placed an order for the Underlight. Her order was entered and is waiting to be shipped.  The Underlight is on backorder.  As soon as they come in her order will ship.  He credit card will not be charged until the order ships.  We apologize for any inconvenience...

this may cause.

Normally when a customer purchases a product from a retail store it has to be returned to the store for a replacement or a refund because the store was paid for the product not us. We reimburse the stores for any defective or damaged merchandise so they do not lose any money.  We have no notes,...

emails or phone messages from [redacted]  As a courtesy even though she did not mail order the product directly from us, she can return the Copper Fit Step FX toIdea Village, Wayne Plaza II, [redacted].  They will examine the unit to see if it can be repaired.  If it cannot be repaired, they will send her a replacement.

Tracking shows order is being returned to the shipper. As a courtesy I issued the refund to the customer's credit card.

[redacted] placed an order for Copper Fit on 12/25/14 over the internet. The website shows you get 1 Copper Fit Sleeve for $19.99 plus $7.99 S & H.  You then get a second sleeve for just the additional $7.99 S & H which is the BOGO offer.  The customer ordered 1 BOGO for the...

elbow  sleeve in large and 2 additional BOGO elbow sleeves in X-Large which is a total of 6 sleeves. The order was sent to [redacted] on 12/26/14 for shipping. We have no control over an order once [redacted] takes it from our distribution center.  With Christmas and New Year they probably were backed up.  The customer called our distribution center on 12/26/14 to say she was unhappy with the amount charged and wanted to cancel the order.  The representative old her it had shipped and couldn't be cancelled.  She also sent an email to our distribution center to change the order. They replied that the order could not be revised because it had already shipped.  She called our distribution center again on 12/27/14 twice and spoke with 2 different representatives.  She called our distribution center on 2/17/15 to say she never received the order.  The customer entered 1 bill to address in [redacted]  and a different ship to address in [redacted] when she placed the order. The two addresses she entered are not even the address she has on this complaint. As a courtesy, our representative issued her a refund of $107.91 on 2/17/15 when she called.

Already been resolved. Please close.

Black ops sunglasses
made of cheap plastic, wouldn't last a week for someone working outside.
Can't believe these are used by any military.

Just a question. How doI get replacement heads when this wears out and how much do they cost

Review: Back on April 16,2015, Ipurchased a Finishing Touch Yes from the above referencedCompany. I have not been atall happy with it since Ipurchased it. It has not atall worked for me. It claimsto work but it really does not. The Company has FranDrescher of "The Nanny"toendorse this lousy product and in my opinion it stinks. It has left me with a red irritation mark under my rightarm. It does not work. Howcould someone endorse a productthat leaves a red irritationmark under their arm. I want arefund of $35.99 at once or I will take this a lot further.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $35.99.

Review: On the commercial for "Pop Chef" (see it at [redacted]), the commercial, as well as the website, say that if you "buy now", you will receive a "30 piece special occassion set" over a picture of the devices cutters. The implication is that you will receive 30 additional cutters if you pay additional shipping and handling ($5.99 each, I ordered 2). Upon receiving the Pop Chef, I called to ask where my "Special Occassion Set" was and I was informed by [redacted] at customer service that the special occassion set meant 30 additional skewers. When I said that the commercial and online ad did not say skewers but implied additional cutters, I was told that because the advertisement said "sets", I was out of luck. I explained that in law ambiguity rests with the person who did not draft the language and that "set" could have meant anything from 30 manatee to a 30 piece china set, but the ad presented 30 additional cutters. She offered me $6.00. I offered to return the skewers and I was told no.Desired Settlement: I feel that, as a consumer, I was misled by the advertisement both on the television and online. Online the picture of the "special occassion set" clearly shows cutters and the offer details also says "30 Piece special occassion set". To me, a "set" does not mean wooden skewers.

Response:

Case [redacted] placed an order for the Pop Chef on 4/17/13 over the phone. The TV Infomercial shows the Pop Chef for $10.00 plus $5.99 5 & H. It shows you get a 30 piece Special Occasion set for the additional 5 & H of $5.99. The Special Occasion set includes 1 Extra Bulb Popper, 6 additional different shape cutters, issued the customer a credit of $12.00 to her [redacted] credit card on 6/18/14.

Review: I placed one (1) order for this Micro Touch One razor in March. I received the order and was billed $32.97 to my bank account on March 19, 2014. I then received another order (that was not placed by me) on April 4th and my account was billed an additional $42.96 for this duplicate order. Upon contacting the number listed for this company on my bank account ([redacted]), I was unable to reach a person. Every option you select directs you to a voicemail. Once a voicemail is left a phone call is never returned as promised. I finally located a different number for this company [redacted] and my wife spoke with a man by the name of [redacted]. His solution to the company's error was to only credit me $12 for a $42.96 amount that I was charged in error for the duplicate order. After asking to speak to a supervisor, finally they said they would send a prepaid label for me to return it. I still have to go out of my way to take this package to [redacted] and have been trying to resolve this issue for over a week. I feel this is poor business practice to duplicate orders in the hopes that people aren't smart enough to check their bank accounts or bother with the hassle of returning the company's mistake.Desired Settlement: I want my $42.96 credited to my bank account once this company receives the item I have to go out of my way to return.

Response:

[redacted] placed an order over the internet on 3/26/14 for the Micro Touch One Razor for a total of $32.97. When he was in the screen placing the order he went out of the screen and back into it again to change the order to the upgraded German Blades for an additional amount of $9.99 for a total of $42.96. The website picked up the first order and also the second order. The product was returned by the customer and he was issue a refund of $42.96 to his [redacted] on 4/25/14.

Review: I placed my order in January. I have called 4 times to find out where my order was. I was first told that it would be shipped the following week. Then I was told it was on back order. Then I was told it would be shipped on 217 now I am being told it won't be shipped till March. I asked to have my order to be canceled.

Business Response:

[redacted] placed an order over the internet on 1/10/14 for the Perk It. The product was on back order at that time. The customer accessed our website on 1/16, 1/22, 1/24 to check the status of the order. She called our distribution center on 1/24, 2/4 and they told her the product was on back order and her credit card would not be charged until the order ships. She was mailed a delay of order post card on 2/8. The customer accessed the website on 2/15, 2/16 and call the distribution center on 2/18 and asked to have the order cancelled. Her order was cancelled on 2/18/14 per her request. He credit card was never charged.

I am rejecting this response because:I was NOT mailed a back order card. I was told the second time I called that the item would be shipped the following week and would arrive on the 17th. On the 18th I called and was told the item was STILL on backorder.

Regards,

Business Response:

We are very sorry the customer was unable to receive her order. We have no control over the manufacturing plant that produces a product for us. They were not able to get this product produced in a timely manner so we cancelled all of the orders at no charge to the customer.

Review: Copperfit advertised online a "buy one - get one free" campaign. When ordering, putting "2" in the quantity column, bills the customer for 2 items. In an effort to remove the order and wanting to select a quantity of "0" (not an option), the order "timed out" and processed for a product value of $39.98 and a shipping expense of $31.96! I called cust. serv. right away and [redacted] and [redacted] (Manager) both said that items shipped ( and I would be charged $71.94) I e-mailed the cust. serv. dept. immediately and requested order cancellation. The website traps the consumer requiring him to input credit card info prior to reviewing the order summary, does not allow consumer to invalidate order by editing the quantity to "0" and random key strokes result in order being placed with no immediate way to cancel. the consumer can not react to cancel order because the bogus order is already in process.Desired Settlement: I want the order cancelled, and I want $71.94 refunded back to my credit card.

Response:

The Copper Fit infomercial shows it is a BOGO offer. You get 1 sleeve for $19.99 plus $7.99 S & H. You then get a second sleeve for just the additional $7.99 S & H. You only have to enter 1 and you automatically get the second sleeve. [redacted] entered 2 when she placed the order which doubled the order. She is getting 4 sleeves. She called our distribution center on 3/3/15 inquiring about the amount of the order. The representative explained what she was being charged for. She called back again on 3/3/15 to cancel the order. The representative told her the order was sent to [redacted] or shipping and couldn't be cancelled. They told her to refuse the shipment when it arrives for a FULL REFUND.

Consumer Response:

Complaint

I am rejecting this response because:I am am attaching a copy of the "Invoice" Copperfit mailed to me, to show you how misleading it is. And, it doesn't not list the Buy One Get One Offer (which should have been clearly specified). Therefore, I DID NOT SUBMIT to this order, and I did not want, and DID NOT CLICK On The SUBMIT BUTTON. Copperfit is trying to overcharge customers, and boost shipping and handling fees. The Manager I talked to, told me to sign for the merchandise when it arrives, because if I didn't, it would take an additional 10 days for it to be returned to CopperFit. I kept explaining to her that I didn't want this merchandise at all, I didn't click submit, and the Buy One Get One, offer was not specified, during the ordering process. She told me again to sign for the merchandise, then return it to my Post Office, which would still require me to be charged shipping and handling from Copperfit (which is fraud). Regards, [redacted]

Business Response:

Tracking shows the order was delivered to [redacted] on 3/12/15. It doesn't show that she refused the shipment. Once the order is returned she will receive a full refund to her credit card. As far as the receipt she attached it does show on the Description that it is a BOGO (Buy One Get One).

Consumer Response:

Review:

I am rejecting this response because:

The order was not shipped to me, requiring a signature, like the Copperfit

Reps said it would. Therefore, I did in fact refuse the order. Also, the email receipt I sent to you CLEARLY shows no BOGO (buy one get one) is listed.
