[redacted] placed this order back on 8/23/14 for the Pop Chef.  The TV Infomercial shows you get the Pop Chef for $10.00 plus $5.99 S & H. You then get a bonus special occasion set for just the additional $5.99 S & H.  We do not charge the customer for anything that is not...

shown on the infomercial or on the internet. The customer called our distribution center on 8/26/14 to say she was not happy with the price. The representative explained the charges to her and she agreed to keep the order. I don't know why this is coming up again now.

The original order shows they did send out 2 sets for a total of 4 pairs which was on the original [redacted] packing documents. We will send the customer an additional pair of socks.

We will mail the customer a check for the $3.34 from our Corporate Office.  He was already issued a refund of $27.98 to his credit card.

[redacted]r was issued a refund of $14.95 to his credit card on 1/5/16.

We will send [redacted] a replacement handle.

credit Rick Gartman's credit card for $35.97.As of today, two months later, the credit has NOT been issued.An e-mail was sent the New Jersey Revdex.com on March 29th and NO response was given.Your attention to resolving this matter is appreciated.

[redacted] was issued a refund of $36.98 to he[redacted] card on 4/5/17. Her suggestion of a warning on the packaging was forwarded to our Product Development Department.

I did not watch an infomercial and the website specifically says "sold in sets" as I copied earlier. A set is more than one item.  I have NEVER seen where a set is a single item. I have att hed a picture of what it says on the website.

However, I need to correct one thing that they said incorrectly. They said I called to cancel this order on 4/13/15 and that is partly true. I actually called within five minutes of placing the order on 4/12/15 before the product had a chance to leave the warehouse shelf. I then called again on 4/13/15 to make sure the item did not ship.

We received the 2 defective Micro Touch Max units the customer sent us and mailed him out 2 new replacement Micro Touch Max units on 11/19/15. Our phone number here is [redacted]

The tracking number shows you sent it back on 4/25/17 and it is in Las Vegas to be delivered to our distribution center.  I will have them issue the refund to your credit card.

As a courtesy, we will send the customer a new Finishing Touch Yes that will be tested by our Engineering Department before it ships.

[redacted] placed an order for the Micro Touch Once Razor on 4/28/14. The product is over a year old and is past the warranty period. As a courtesy we will send him a replacement razor.
