again to say he received the wrong item again.  The representative told him to return both orders for a refund.  As of today, 7/20/16 the products have not been returned.  As soon as they are returned we will issue a refund of $29.99 to the customer's credit card.

They never said 4-6 weeks. They said 7-10 business days. Also I never received a post card of any sort. They never sent an email or phone call unless I called them. Even if they did say that 4-6 weeks its been 12 weeks.

Customer placed 2 different orders over the internet. One order was for $58.94 and the other was for $29.98.  The orders have not been returned as of today, 10/2/15.  As a courtesy we will enter a refund to each order as a courtesy even though we have not gotten our product back from the...

I am rejecting this response because: they sent me nothing a a courtesy.  They had an obligation by their ad to send to sets free for the two sets I bought "bogo".  I want one set that they owe me to complete the bogo and an additional set for my aggravation.

I don't know why there was a note in the package to return to us.  This is a Corporate Office.  All products that are purchased from retail stores have to be returned to the store for a replacement or a refund because the store was paid for the product not us.  We reimburse the stores...

for any defective or damaged merchandise so they do not lose any money.

[redacted] placed an order over the internet on 3/9/15 for the Copper Fit Knee Sleeve.  The infomercial shows you get 1 sleeve for $19.99 plus $7.99 S & HYou then get a second sleeve for just the additional $7.99 S & H for a total of $35.97 for 2 sleeves which is what [redacted] was charged.  I don't know why he is saying he was charged $70.00. It shows his order was delivered on 3/18/15.  If he does not want the product he can return it for a full refund.  We will have our Marketing Department check with the website that handles the orders to make it more user friendly.

[redacted] was mailed check [redacted] for $92.88 on 10/30/15.

[redacted] called our distribution center on 1/19/15 about the order.  Told them she never completed the order. They told her the order had already shipped out.  As a courtesy they issued her a refund of $34.98 on 1/19/15 to her credit. They told her the shipment would arrive on 1/24/15...

and to refuse it. When they receive it back they will issue her an additional refund of $25.96.

However, I want Revdex.com to know that all my complaints are all true; The product really does not deliver what it promises in their testimonials(the clarity does not become "unbelievable and awesome;" the glasses do not "enhance" nor "increase color and clarity" at all and do not make "everything pop." It doesn't even work like polarized lenses. It only gives you a yellow tint on everything and make you feel like you're in the desert. Their [redacted] shipping price cannot be found on their website (you only see it after you have already finished paying for it). Shipping doesn't really cost US$14.98---I know because I tried shipping them back. It's less than US$7 (Cdn$8.35) for a 25-day shipping.Anyhow, I am just glad that idea village will give me a full refund of what I paid them.

[redacted] placed an order over the internet on 9/25/2016 for the 2 Comfort Click Belts.  The order was processed and shipped to the customer.  We never received any communication from the customer until July 10, 2017 which is 10 months after the order was placed. Every time we receive...

any communication from a customer either by phone, email, regular mail it is recorded on the order.  July 10, 2017 was the first time he contacted us to say the belt is not properly made.  The buckle slips.  The representative advised the customer that the product was outside of the warranty period but they could provide him the belt at a discounted price which he did not accept the offer.  As a courtesy we will send the customer 2 replacement buckles at no charge even though the order is outside of the warranty.

The order is in transit to the customer. I went over the boarder  and through Customs on 10/14/14.  I does not show that it has been delivered yet.  As a courtesy, I have issued the customer a full refund of $41.97 to his [redacted]  If the package does arrive, the customer...

should just write "REFUSE, RETURN TO SENDER" on the outside of the package and give it to their mail carrier or take it to the post office.  If we get notification that the package was delivered and was not returned, we will rebill the customers's credit card for the prodcuts.

I am rejecting this response because: I didn't link [redacted] with Clever Grip. The Revdex.com did. I simply typed in Clever Grip in the product section and the Revdex.com connected it to [redacted] as the marketing company. I think you are trying to deflect...

responsibility for the marketing activities of your company by saying you don't produce the Clever Grip.

I apologize it was a typing error. The refund was for $38.85.  You went on the customerstatus web site to check your order on 1/9/15.  You also called our distribution center on 1/10/15 and spoke with a representative who told you the order couldn't be cancelled because it had shipped. They would have to wait because the order was in transit before issuing a refund.  You sent an email to them on 1/10/15 which they answered on that day.  We apologize for the bad experience you had when placing your order for the Copper Fit.  We will check with our distribution center to see why you were not treated more courteously.
