I don't know where the customer purchased the Loud N Clear from.  We discontinued that product 2-3 years ago.  The store may have had old inventory that they were selling.  The customer would have to return it to the store where it was purchased for a replacement or a refund. We...

Tracking shows the order was delivered to [redacted] on 3/12/15.  It doesn't show that she refused the shipment.  Once the order is returned she will receive a full refund to her credit card. As far as the receipt she attached it does show on the Description that it is a BOGO (Buy One Get One).

I never received anything in the mail regarding this order, and I did contact the company, but was not able to reach anyone, so I had not been informed about the backorder of this product.  Please cancel my order immediately.  Thanks.

[redacted] order was entered and is waiting to be shipped.  Unfortunately with the holidays and an overwhelming response to the product it put us in a backorder situation.  There was a production issue in the manufacturing plant.  As soon as the product comes in her order will...

[redacted] placed an order for the Copper Fit Back Pro on 3/2/15.  When an order is placed they give the customer a 4-6 week time frame for delivery in the case of a product being on backorder. That was the situation in [redacted] case.  The Back Pro was a new item that had an overwhelming response which put us in a backorder position.  Since the product was not available to ship they did not charge his credit card. We cannot charge a customer's credit card for a product we do not have.  They mailed him a post card on 4/6/15 explaining about the backorder and if he still wanted the product.  The order shipped on 4/14/15 and was delivered on 4/18/15.  If [redacted] does not want the product he can return it for a refund.

Normally when a product is purchased from a retail store it has to be returned to the store for a replacement or a refund because the store was paid for the product not us.  We reimburse the stores for any defective or damaged merchandise so they do not lose any money.  You can return the...

I am rejecting this response because:We have called your customer service department 5 times to inquire about the status of our order.  Each time we were assured that the set of Tough Knee sleeves and the individual knee sleeve would arrive on a specified date. (4/28 call, will arrive May 29; 6/2 call, will arrive June 18; 6/20 call, will arrive July 20; 8/1 call, will certainly ship no later than 8/5; 8/12 call, will arrive Sept 8)As a result of this repeated disappointment, we won't believe you until the items are in our hands.  When you have them in a box with our name and address on it, call us for a new credit card number.  You have delayed so long that the number you have is no longer valid.  (The whole replacement with a chip thing.)

The Copper Fit TV Infomercial shows you get 1 Copper Fit Sleeve (elbow or knee) for $19.99 plus $7.99 S & H. You then get a second sleeve of the same kind for just the additional S & H of $7.99 for a total of $35.97 for 2 Copper Fit Sleeves.  [redacted] placed an order over the...

internet and entered the amount of 2 which doubled her order to 4 sleeves. You only have to enter 1 and you automatically get the second one for free, just pay the S & H.  When you place an order over the internet, you get to a certain screen that says you are placing a "LIVE" order which is most likely what happened in this case.  [redacted] called our distribution center on several occasions and spoke with 4 different representatives, which are all noted on her order.  They explained they couldn't cancel the order because it had shipped out.  She also when on the customer status website 2 times. The order is due to be delivered on 2/4/15.  When the package arrives she can write "REFUSE, RETURN TO SENDER" on the outside of the package and either give it to her mail carrier or drop it at the post office.  It will go back as a "REFUSED SHIPMENT" at no cost to her. When they receive it back they will issue her a full refund to her credit card.

The product Clever Grip is not a product of Idea Village. It is being sold by [redacted] as you can see on the attachments with this complaint.  Revdex.com sent it to the wrong company.
