I am rejecting this response because: I read the response from IDTrue.com, and as expected I have seen this response to others who have complained about the same issue.I just ran another search on their page prior to this message, and I noticed they removed one of the three entries of my name.The one removed was a variant of my first name it was listed as "S[redacted]", however the other two using my name are still present in the search.If they took the time to remove one of the entries, they could have very easily removed the last two remaining ones, and this issue would be solved, and over, and not another word from me except for Thank you would they have received.IDTrue.com is the last site I am dealing with who offers no Opt-Out policy without a court order.As listed on "change.org" an online petition has been started to require this sole company of offering the opt out option.My concern is Identity theft of my information. Some time ago a local court here released my social security number via there public access of speeding ticket information. A court clerk failed to cover and redact the number until months after it was posted. I had them correct it immediately, and only received a "sorry" in reply from the Rocky River Ohio court system. I went through a long process of removing all my information from a least 13 sites such as IDTrue.com. They were the only ones who would not even respond despite over ten separate emails and inquiries using their site's link. Others have complained also online about receiving no response whatsoever.IDTrue does not list the policy they sent in their response on the site.IDTrue.com does not answer emails, or respond when an iquiry is made using their link on their site.IDTrue list this Guarantee on their sites page: 100% Satisfaction GuaranteeWe guarantee you will find value and be satisfied with ID True. We back it up with a risk-free satisfaction guarantee if you are disappointed with our service for any reason.Well, I am disappointed in the non removal of my name, and I do not find any value with the service I received from their customer support with no response.Other sites manage to still do business who freely allow opting out of a concerned citizen's information. They do not require a "court order" for anything to be removed, and seem to still be doing well and have plenty of others information to sell for profit.I would like the company to remove the last two entries of my name as they just yesterday have removed one of them, and I will not have anything else to say but Thank You to them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11095632, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Even though their date of my cancellation is not correct. I cancelled about a week after pirchase middle of December so a full refund should have aitomatically been applied.
