The only contact we show made to our customer service team was on 3/11/2016. We show documentation that you spoke with our representative Kellie and she took care of your cancellation as well as issuing two refunds in the amount of $24.95 USD and $29.95 USD. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunds to post.

be found when conducting an IdTrue search in the state of West Virginia, sadly my exact information is available in each and every other state I have lived.  I was able to see my exact information when conducting a search for my name in the states of Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and North Dakota. Effectively, IDTrue has made my information more available to the public.  This latest action by IDTrue appears to have the intent to harm. I reject IDTrue's response.
