I did in fact recive my product yesterday, but when I received the email with tracking information, it was for a package that had been delivered elsewhere in November. I won't be ordering for this company again, regardless of the reason for the poor customer service. It all felt very shady, and I would not feel safe sending money to you again. I hope you acquire some better business practices, and focus a bit more on the customer service availability factor.

Received email from ILMG.Inc stating "Thank you for your order from National Gun Owner Association! We wanted to let you know that your order (#XXXXXXXXX) was shipped via USPS, USPS First Class Mail on 12/29/2015. You can track your package at any time using the link below. Please note if you do not see a "Tracking Number" or "Tracking Link" then your items have been mailed USPS First Class which does not include tracking. **Please allow 24-48 hours for Tracking Link to become active**

As of 12/31/15, no package received yet through USPS, nor does the tracking number show any info at this time. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, THIS CASE IS NOT SOLVED UNTIL I RECEIVE ALL THE ITEMS AS ORDERED. Also I had sent an email 12/18/15 to cancel order and finally was sent an email 12/30/15 that items were shipped already...how ironic! Finally the merchandise was sent to me and I accept their explanation. They should have contacted me to re assure that they had been backed up and that they were on top of it , and not put me through stress and doubtful situation simply via email or calling me. But it is resolved and I am happy with the flash light. Thank You and I will pass the good word to other customers looking for good flash light.
