As I said in my complaint I really would have preferred their product. However, I'm happy that they refunded my money. I wanted a response from them but had not received anything. I consider the incident closed. Thank you Revdex.com for helping me. I appreciate it.

I want the products I ordered. I did not ask for a refund. There was no attempt to notify me why or that my order was returned. My order left my local post office facility(Auburn)12/4/15, the same day it was "out for delivery" to my home address, and sent to Seattle(12/4/15) for return back to Saint Charles, MO. I requested in my complaint to send me my orders not for a refund. Do they not have enough products to fill orders or are they simply overwhelmed by the amount of orders. I would like to know what happened. I should have my orders now.

Trying to pass off the problem as Holiday season is absurd. I ordered the flashlights on NOV 12. That was 46 days ago, and the only reason I have gotten any response is because of complaints filed. I was sent an email two different times claiming my package had shipped yet the tracking number shows it was never sent just pre paid. They did send me an email claiming that they were refunding my credit card but it would take 10 days. I have no idea if they will in fact do that as they lied in their other emails. After looking up the complaints on this company I am amazed that they are even allowed to take visa or mastercard.

rechargeable flashlights, batteries, and car mount. I had ordered the product from ILMG on November 22, 2015, and had not received the products. My attempts to contact the company went unanswered.
On December 19, 2015, I received all five flashlights via the United States Postal Service. I had intended to provide these flashlights to a local community college police department, since the product was to have been used by the US military in combat operations. However, after a review of the product, the flashlights are substandard and not for public safety use, and I question as to whether this product was indeed used in combat military operations. The product failed to measure up to what I believe the advertising to be.
Since I am stuck with these flashlights, I am willing to send to you one of them for your review and to compare them to the advertising. If you need any further information or I can be of service to you, please do not hesitate to contact me.
