The volume of calls was far too high for all these customers to have the wrong number. Someone at your business is clearly giving the wrong number out, and the 636 number in question is a disconnected number.
VoIP numbers used in auto-dialers don't take inbound calls automatically, they need to be set up correctly to do so. You can't just use a DID at random and hope that inbounds can be received. Not sure what dialer you're using.
Marking this as accepted because we've opted to just change our own DID. Not worth the stress.
