Would have truly desired the items ordered. But a full refund is a good second choice.
If the business was running behind, any sort of live re-assurance that orders were being processed would have been adequate and understood. A voice mail message after on hold for 30 minutes (times 5 attempts), then unreturned messages sends immediate flags up.

Customers Rating "The light came without batterries and is not worth $56 I paid for it. I don't want the flashlight and would like a full refund on my mastercard."
We do not advertise the flashlight coming with Batteries, The Flashlight comes with a Battery Holder that holds 3 AAA which are not included. Also Customer has the option to purchase the Rechargeable Battery Kit, Then in which the flashlight would come with Flashlight, 2 Batteries, Car/Wall Charger!

The items I ordered were shipped back to them on December 23rd. They wrote the response in December 29th and at the time of responding to my complaint they should have already received what I ordered returned to them. I can't understand why they can not return a phone call or e-mail me. I have checked and as of today I have not been refunded my money. I would be very surprised if I ever get my money back. Not a very reputable company.

I did receive my flashlight. But the flashlight advertised is not the one sent. The one advertised says it takes 2AA batteries. The one sent takes 3AAA batteries. Nor do they tell you that when you purchase the 3 year warranty there is no paperwork that accompanies the flashlight stating the flashlight has that extra 3 year warranty. So there is some faulty advertising with their military grade flashlight. Now I am waiting on my refund, I hope it does not take as long as the flashlight to arrive.
