The product in question finally arrived 21 days later. So they did in fact ship me what I ordered. But their lack of response and time to ship will prevent me from doing business with this firm in the future.

I'm glad I will get this before Christmas, but I ordered the day after Thanksgiving, which is ridiculous. Nobody should have to go through this much trouble to get what they paid for. If you cannot handle all of the orders you receive, which you obviously can't, maybe you shouldn't sell online.

It's a shame I have to complain to the Revdex.com before I get a response. It seems to be this company's MO. I have never considered Dec 2nd to be holiday season. If they need that as an excuse hire more people. Plenty of people willing to work dirt cheap. I can't wait to see what this wait was for, hopefully it is being shipped as they say

We sincerely apologize for you experience, we were extremely busy with holiday orders during the months of november and december. I pulled up the tracking and it shows the item was refused upon delivery. Once the item arrives back into the warehouse we will issue a full refund.
