I did receive the items I purchased . They send very confusing follow up emails if I hadn't received the email saying my order didn't go through let them know if I still want the items there would not have been an issue. I agree this company fulfilled its obligation

Ok yesterday I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and wanted to update that complaint.
Today I was able to chat on line with a company representative and they assured me that my order would go out today. SHOCKED....I finally got an email stating that...

my order has been shipped with a tracking number!!!!!!! Still not 100% on the customer service part of this company but I feel better knowing that I have a tracking number.
It takes them forever and day but finally I feel there is some resolve.

National Gun Owners Association. Is selling these items as a front to get there propaganda, emails, other items out there. Took 33 days to get the ordered items. Information from the always changing company names and shipping options is almost impossible. Thanks to the Revdex.com for their great help.

My husband had to call and threaten with fraud because they would not respond. They immediately responded to him and that is how I got my refund. If he had not threatened, I would still be waiting.

Besides not receiving the products in a timely manner, my credit card has an extra $28 charge on it! This issue has yet to be addressed and corrected. I sent them a lengthy e-mail about this, and will continue to resend it until my credit card is refunded the $28.
