I have only received an email stating that they are refunding $89.60 and $36.00 for the mini flashlights and extra batteries. I have not received any response regarding the regular flashlights $97.00 and rechargeable batteries $39.00.

My Capital One Credit Card company has refunded the $97.00 and $48.00, so as long as NGOA doesn't try and recharge me I am happy with the final result of this matter.

Based on the history of this company combined with similar stories from numerous customers, I will not believe anything that this company states until it takes place. The customer orders a product and is charged promptly, then they disappear without a trace and make you unable to contact them. I cannot trust a company that displays a lack of integrity.

The G700 Flashlight you bought was not advertised to come with batteries, We did offer you a Rechargeable battery kit. Just the flashlight comes with a Battery holder that hold 3 AAA batteries.

According to the UPS tracking, this has not been shipped as reported to you (Revdex.com). Either the tracking number is not valid, or they failed to create the shipping label & report it to UPS. They indicated that I would have it tomorrow, but this is now not possible. This is the "story" I, myself, jave received from them on multiple occasions. They promise, but don't follow through on the promises made. They fail to notify with updated info & ignore, or make up another excuse. I was told by one rep that my product should have shipped WEEKS ago, as they could see some newer orders had already shipped before mine. Their details are erroneous.

The response, on its face, seems reasonable. However, they had indicated somewhere, when I did finally find some input from them, they would charge a 20% restocking fee, which is basically insult to injury, since that amount would likely cover their expense for the light. I had ordered the lights as gifts and have given some of them already (delivery time in the way of five to six weeks, so no backup plan when the lights arrived December 24). If they are willing to refund half of the money as already requested, I will accept that.(I do not expect them to do so.) Further, with the advertising hype, which has continued to increase as I have followed the sales pitch, I do not trust these vendors to keep their word on the refund, or at the very least not timely. SO I am again requesting Revdex.com require the vendors/advertisers to be factual. I do not see their claims being valid as a military light, or the brightest, nor as durable as described. The 'o' ring seals are loose and not likely to seal, as well. I do have comparison there with other lights I have examined in reasonable detail. These lights quite simply do not meet the quality being stated in the selling promotion. If I could find means to warn the buying public of the discrepancy(s) already enumerated, I would very readily do so. Please require accuracy in the selling promotion or cease and desist.
