Yes I did send the flashlight back , because the only response I received from you people was through an online chat which basically told me what I had already known , and that is that you people don't give a [redacted] about your customers and all you want is your money ! ! ! The only reason I notified the B.B.B was to find out if you people were a member and if there were any other complaints , well guess what I found .... there were many complaints about you , and all for the same reason ... hmm... seems like a pattern to me ! ! ! You people better get your [redacted] together ! ! ! ! And I have reported you to Facebook as being a SCAM and to have you removed from there ! ! ! Don't worry about refunding my money because I notified the credit card company first , and they are aware of the problem and have already issued a refund , so like you said "THIS CASE IS CLOSED " ! ! ! ! ! !

I am accepting this business reply with reservations. Information received from their customer service has ranged from there is no orders on file, to orders have been cancelled. Additionally, I have sent several emails cancelling subject orders, as their website indicated, but never received any replies.
It should be noted that these orders where cancelled within an hour of being placed.
As of today both tracking numbers reflect as invalid in the USPS tracking website.
I will follow up accordingly should company not live up to their promise.
I appreciate Revdex.com to their assistance.

I would love to get your flashlights working for you. We RARELY have customers companying that their flashlight does not work.
The most common problem is:
There is a Clear Plastic Wrap on the Batteries, this needs to...
be removed before using the batteries or it will block the connection.
Also make sure the Battery is facing Nipple down into the Flashlight.
Also I would like to assure you that we are not a "scam" If we where why would we have sent you a product? We are extremely busy during the Holiday Season thus why it may of been hard to get into contact with us. We do apologize!

I was finally able to speak to a person after trying so many times. They were able to refund me for part of the order as I had requested. It didn't arrive before Christmas but that's okay.
