While I received the flashlight (with no instruction book - husband had to look up online to learn about how to use all features), I have not received anything for the extended 2 year warranty (I have no info for proof or what to do in the event it breaks). And, once again they do not respond to my emails.

I sent 6 e mails from my e mail address: [redacted]@sbcglobal.net and each time it showed the address they advertised came back as invalid. And if the phones were busy and I left several call back messages to call me with the shipping information, then why didn't they call me back. I am not satisfied with their response but did get the package on the 14th of December. I will never shop at this company again.

This sounds very good if they will full with there deal, What I suggested in the first place that the send mee just the clip and I would replace it my self but told That was impossible they were to send me a return mail label, which has still not been seen. In talking with law enforcement in your area it seem t be the norm that they do not hold up on there end of the deal. Time will tell.
