[redacted] and Revdex.com:After reviewing the job posted by Starcom Staffing, we determined that it was not suitable for visibility on IndeedIndeed reserves the right to reject any particular job for failure to meet our quality standardsEach account is thoroughly reviewed, and our Search Quality team also investigates the company information provided by the employerBased on all of the information provided and the quality of the job posting, this account will remain disabled. Please let us know if we can do anything else to help. Thanks and best regards,*** [redacted] SVP, Client ServicesIndeed | How the World Works.™ [redacted] www.indeed.com

Complaint: [redacted] Our attorney has in fact provided a letter to Indeed.com explaining the specific details of what happened This was done as a first attempt to professionally and reasonably resolve the apparent confusion that Indeed.com is clearly subjected to Unfortunately, Indeed.com's legal department, for whatever unexplainable reason, did not extend the professional courtesy of a response, despite our attorney's request to do so And yet your response is to "do it again"Keep in mind, this was all done prior to ever considering the engagement of the Revdex.com to resolve the issue.Clearly, as evidenced in this very discourse, Indeed.com has made it abundantly clear that it has no intention of letting the "accused" know what they are allegedly being "accused of" - which speaks volumes as to the injustice and lack of principles of which any company should operate under I consider this a highly discriminatory practice I beseech you to reconsider your position I consider the matter unresolved

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I didn't get a fair response since it doesn't make sense that "city" jobs would bring up personal stranger homes that were only sent by specifically and were only house cleaning sent emails to me every day when I had been off the website periodThe emails sent were totally inappropriately which I saved as proof that they were dubiousI was on their years ago and I never came across this odd situation with it seemed desperately seeking private homes and after I started recognizing these strange postings and emails directly to my email address I removed my resume for house cleaning companies only I did do a wider band search at the beginning to see if their were other partime jobs in between while I searched and was hired from a house cleaning company and I applied with few companies and I was not contacted yet theses companies were still on the website wanting to hire workers so that made it more confusing and frustrating on why this was all happening to meI went on Indeed.com to find a second job to have stability with a companyI had optimism but gave up and now I'm very unsatisfied with the response with the vaguely explanations that made no sense which didn't relate to my initial complaintThey didn't explain why this situation over time even happened to me in the first place Regards, Regards, [redacted]

Hello [redacted] and the Revdex.com,In response to the previous message, the position created under the account provided to us by [redacted] only contained one jobThis job was created on March 20th with the title Assistant ControllerThe job was closed on May 1st, and then reopened again on July 20th with the title Accounting Manager / Assistant ControllerThere was frequent login activity after the updating and reopening of the job and for this reason, Indeed will not be offering a refundAs offered in our last message, we are willing to offer $1,in credits towards sponsored clicks for the total amount spent in the month of August, but a refund will not be grantedKind Regards,***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: You claim that the only time someone can see my contact information is if I apply for a position with that specific company, but that’s not true because I have been receiving emails from jobs that I never applied for who say that they got my information from [redacted] They day that they are contacting me based off of a alleged job posting on [redacted] , but I never applied for the position at allHow can someone get my email address or phone number if I did not apply for the job or contact the so-called company in the first placeThen you also claim that you have an entire department or whatever readily available to help with any issues or concerns regarding your site, but I have submitted a complaint before and nothing was done about it and I submitted a second complaint and it was ignoredIf you honestly had a system in place that guarantees the authenticity of these companies/employers who post real jobs and are seeking real candidates, this issue would not occurHow can you let fraudulent companies slide through and not notice? If I and everyone else who is noticing the same issue, can spot a fraud then you can tooObviously, whatever it is that you all are doing isn’t working and it doesn’t make it any better that you don’t even acknowledge it, instead you act like it’s nothing you can do about it and that your policies are supposed to prevent it from happeningIt just makes [redacted] look like a very untrustworthy site, and if that’s what you all are okay with The I guess you will continue to ignore the complaints just as you’ve been doing By the way, I have received emails today from more fraudulent people who say that they are writing me about a position that I didn’t apply to and that they also got my information from [redacted] , and I just submitted the complaint to the Revdex.com yesterday Regards, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] and the Revdex.com, We have contacted [redacted] directly to discuss her experience and offer her options to mediate this situationWhile it appears there was confusion regarding the set up of the budget, it was clearly stated in an email from her account executive that this would be a recurring $1,budgetThere were no questions from the client regarding this amount during the initial setupIn addition, this spend was accrued in December and an account executive reached out to the client on December 8th and did not receive a response until JanuaryBecause of this, we will likely not consider a refund however are open to offering this client other optionsWe have not yet received a response from this client to our initial outreach to discuss this situation but will be sure to work with the client once we do hear back.Kind Regards,***
