Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this complaint from [redacted] We have reviewed our files and our records show that [redacted] signed up for our Resume Builder services on April 12, The copy online clearly provided [redacted] with a choice of full access for days at a discounted rate, which automatically renews to monthly access for a monthly fee, or an annual subscription that is pro-rated at a lower rate per month but which is paid upfront for access to the services all year long [redacted] chose to accept our offer for day full access, which automatically renews monthly On the page where [redacted] made that selection, immediately adjacent to the choice of subscriptions, the offer clearly and conspicuously states that the day premium access ''automatically renews at $per month on the 15th day'' In addition, on the purchase confirmation page it is also clearly disclosed that this subscription will ''begin immediately and renew on April 27, to our monthly service at $per month.'' This page also provides information on how [redacted] could cancel before this monthly charge Finally, [redacted] was also sent an email to the email address provided to us on the same day confirming [redacted] access to our services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins immediately and renews automatically on April 27, to our recurring monthly service at $per month.'' We have reviewed our files and our records show that [redacted] created an account in our ResumeHelp website on May 22, 2018.? To create an account on our website, [redacted] had to agree to our Terms of Use (“ToU”) as a requirement before opening the account ? As stated in our ToU agreed to by all of our clients, as [redacted] had to do, after the $14-day trial, a recurring monthly charge of $is added to the account (if the subscription has not been cancelled within the 14-day trial period).? They are also non-refundable as our ToU state.? ? Nevertheless, we want to do all that we can to successfully handle any issues our customers may have.? As such, our customer service team processed today (June 12, 2018) a refund to the sole $charge in ***’s account.? Please allow 3-business days for this refund to fully process.? Furthermore, the account associated to this complaint was cancelled June 11, as well; therefore, no further payments will be processed to the account.? ? We trust this resolves this issue at hand
