In addition, on the purchase confirmation page it is also clearly disclosed that this subscription will ''begin immediately and renew on February 27, to our monthly service at $per month.'' This page also provides information on how *** could cancel before this monthly charge Finally, *** was also sent an email to the email address provided to us on the same day confirming ***’s access to our services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins immediately and renews automatically on February 27, to our recurring monthly service at $per month.'' Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
This business is shady and deceptive!They always say they disclose the infos about auto-subscription clearly.But there are many people who are forced into the unexpected subscriptionThe fact shows that their advertisement or the words on the site indeed mislead people to believe it's one-time charge
Furthermore, another reason why I can't detect this overcharging is I never received any follemail from them, even one for a feedback on their service or extended offers of other servicesIt's just like that they avoid contacting with you so as to hide something
They deal with my bill problem insincerely.Before Revdex.com involves in this case, I emailed them for a refund of the ten-months charges for the unwanted subscription.They said they will charge me monthly till I cancel the subscription and propose a resolution to refund me one-month charge $39.8.Therefore, I cancel the subscription on June 15,It is worth to be mentioned that they ask customers paid the bill on a prepaid basis.I checked my credit card statement then found out they already charged me for the four weeks after June 4,2016! So the one-month refund means cancelling the bill for June! But I already cancelled the subscription on June 15,2016! I didn't get a refund!After Revdex.com involves in this case, they say they will provide me "another" refund.It ends up only $credited to my credit card, but I have paid $for an used serviceI only downloaded a PDF file of a resume template once

Although, I do not agree with their business practice as it is clear from other complaints on this board and their pages, that if we were clearly presented with defining information that we would be charged the way we were, we would not make a decision to use their services
