fee, or an annual subscription that is pro-rated at a lower rate per month but
which is paid upfront for access to the services all year long. *** chose to accept our offer for day full
access, which automatically renews monthly On the page where *** made that selection,
immediately adjacent to the choice of subscriptions, the offer clearly and conspicuously
states that the day premium access ''automatically renews at $per
month on the 15th day''. In addition, on
the purchase confirmation page it is also clearly disclosed that this
subscription will ''begin immediately and renew on October 10, to our
monthly service at $per month.'' This page also provides information on
how *** could cancel before this monthly charge Finally, *** was also sent an email to the
email address provided to us on the same day confirming *** access to our
services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins immediately
and renews automatically on October 10, to our recurring monthly service
at $per month.'' Accordingly, on October 10, *** card was charged
$for the applicable month of service. Although our monthly charges are not
refundable, Resume Help was willing to make an exception for *** and provide her
a refund of monthly charge totaling $39.80.
Our customer service team refunded *** the amount of $as of October

My problem with this firm is the number of times I called and the number of emails that stated the refund was "being worked on"I was constantly told that there was a "problem with their bank processing refund"It appeared miraculously when their next billing cycle started, in other words they hold refunds and only process them once a month.that being said if this is their policy then their customer contact personnel need to relay this instead of the constant lying that I experiencedRegards,*** ***

The only reason they refunded the four months they charged me after I had confirmation from them in writing that it was canceled and I would receive no more charges,was my banks fraud unit got involved
This company clearly is practicing deceitful business practices and others need to be made aware of this.I reguest the full refund for the dishonesty this company clearly showed.I find it ironic that they now can find my records as when I contacted them? time after time? to have them cancel and then again to get them to stop charging me they continued to have no record of me
They are set up with scripted responses to intentionally mislead people.Even after I sent them copies of the canceled e mail they continued to ignore it and I have retained proof of this and im ? prepared to take more legal action if im not fully compensated
