This page also provides information on how [redacted] could cancel before this monthly charge Finally, [redacted] was also sent an email to the email address provided to us on the same day confirming [redacted] ’s access to our services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins immediately and renews automatically on February 22, to our recurring monthly service at $per month.'' Accordingly, on February 22, [redacted] ’s card was charged $for the applicable month of service We do not have any product or company called My Perfect Resume [redacted] should contact that company if she has a problem with them as we have no knowledge of or connection to that companyHiring Products only has Resume Help product and will only bill for that product Although our monthly charges are not refundable, Resume Help was willing to make an exception for [redacted] and provide him a refund of monthly charges totaling $ Our customer service team refunded [redacted] the amount of $as of March 16, We trust this addresses any concerns you may have

She will not be receiving any charges from Resume Help going forwardThis will not go on her credit history? We trust this resolves this matter.? ?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: ? I canceled within the day grace period? I know this for a fact, as I spoke with an employee to be sure it had been properly processed? If Resume Help can find all of my account information inserted in their response email, I don't know why they don't see that I canceled? I am continuing to look for the cancellation code? I also don't like that this company was debiting my account on a MONTHLY basis without any kind of notification to me? That isn't good business practice? If there's nothing to hide, why hide? ? On July 18th I received an email stating $has been refunded to my account? My bank called me to ask if I was aware of these monthly payments as they rejected paying the one for July.Sincerely, [redacted]

My problem with this firm is the number of times I called and the number of emails that stated the refund was "being worked on"I was constantly told that there was a "problem with their bank processing refund"It appeared miraculously when their next billing cycle started, in other words they hold refunds and only process them once a month.that being said if this is their policy then their customer contact personnel need to relay this instead of the constant lying that I experiencedRegards, [redacted] ***
