which is paid upfront for access to the services all year long.? [redacted] chose to accept our offer for day
full access, which automatically renews monthly? On the page where [redacted] made that
selection, immediately adjacent to the choice of subscriptions, the offer
clearly and conspicuously states that the day premium access ''automatically
renews at $per month on the 15th day''.?
In addition, on the purchase confirmation page it is also clearly
disclosed that this subscription will ''begin immediately and renew on June 17,
to our monthly service at $per month.'' This page also provides
information on how [redacted] could cancel before this monthly charge? Finally, [redacted] was also sent an email to
the email address provided to us on the same day confirming [redacted] access
to our services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins
immediately and renews automatically on June 17, to our recurring monthly
service at $per month.'' Accordingly, on June 17, [redacted] card
was charged $for the applicable month of service.? Although our monthly charges are not
refundable, Resume Help was willing to make an exception for [redacted] and
provide her a refund of monthly charges totaling $79.60.? Our customer service team refunded [redacted] the

This business is ? shady and deceptive!They always say they disclose the infos about auto-subscription clearly.But there are many people who are forced into the unexpected subscriptionThe fact shows that their advertisement or the words on the site indeed mislead people to believe it's one-time charge
Furthermore, another reason why I can't detect this overcharging is I never received any follemail from them, even one for a feedback on their service or extended offers of other servicesIt's just like that they avoid contacting with you so as to hide something
They deal with my bill problem insincerely.Before Revdex.com involves in this case, I emailed them for a refund of the ten-months charges for the unwanted subscription.They said they will charge me monthly till I cancel the subscription and propose a resolution to refund me one-month charge $39.8.Therefore, I cancel the subscription on June 15,It is worth to be mentioned that they ask customers paid the bill on a prepaid basis.I checked my credit card statement then found out they already charged me for the four weeks after June 4,2016! So the one-month refund means cancelling the bill for June! But I already cancelled the subscription on June 15,2016! I didn't get a refund!After Revdex.com involves in this case, they say they will provide me "another" refund.It ends up only $credited to my credit card, but I have paid $for an used serviceI only downloaded a PDF file of a resume template once.?

However, we value our customers here at Resume Help and want to do all that we can to resolve any issues they may have.? As such, in addition to the prorated monthly charge of $refunded on February 5, 2016, our customer service team has provided [redacted] with an additional refunds of monthly charges and a prorated refund of one monthly charge in the amount of $102.34.? As of February 13, 2016, [redacted] has received a refund of charges, for a total refund amount of $119.40.We trust this resolves this issue.?

The 17.00 that has been supposedly refunded (I have not seen this money either) is not repayment of all the unauthorised funds stolen. I have contacted the media regarding this issue. As there are so many victims who have been robbed by this company they are very keen to proceed to a report. This company has pretended that they have no record of my account or any details pertaining to me at all, this is just how low they will go. I would like a resolution of $174.69 deposited back into my account- they can keep the $1.95 as per agreed.

I am rejecting this response because:If this is your business model, it is anti-consumer and your company deserves negative reviews.  Forcing people into unwanted subscriptions under the guise of a one-time, low cost trial is misleading at best.  Since I inadvertently obligated myself to your misleading service, why did I not receive a single follow-up email after Sept. 14, 2015 from your company?  You never inquired about my satisfaction with your service, extended offers of other services, or found out if I had gotten a job after working with you, etc.  Anytime I sign up for anything online I get follow up email communications - usually more than I want.  With ResumeHelp I got nothing - not a single "thank you" or any further emails.  Why is that?  Clearly your business model is built on deception.  YOU ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF HELPING PEOPLE FIND WORK AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT THEM?  Really?  How do you all sleep at night?
