days at a discounted rate, which automatically renews to monthly access for a monthly fee, or an annual subscription that is pro-rated at a lower rate per month but which is paid upfront for access to the services all year long.  [redacted] chose to accept our offer for 14 day full access, which automatically renews monthly.  On the page where [redacted] made that selection, immediately adjacent to the choice of subscriptions, the offer clearly and conspicuously states that the 14 day premium access ''automatically renews at $39.80 per month on the 15th day''.  In addition, on the purchase confirmation page it is also clearly disclosed that this subscription will ''begin immediately and renew on November 25, 2015 to our monthly service at $39.80 per month.'' This page also provides information on how [redacted] could cancel before this monthly charge.  Finally, [redacted] was also sent an email to the email address provided to us on the same day confirming [redacted] access to our services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins immediately and renews automatically on November 15, 2015 to our recurring monthly service at $39.80 per month.'' Accordingly, on November 15, 2015 [redacted] card was charged $39.80 for the applicable month of service.  Although our monthly charges are not refundable, Resume Help was willing to make an exception for [redacted] and provide her a prorated refund of 1 monthly charge totaling $17.06.  Our customer service team refunded [redacted] the amount of $17.06 as of February 5, 2015.  We trust this addresses any concerns you may have.

a refund of 1 monthly charge totaling $39.80. 
Our customer service team refunded [redacted] the amount of $39.80 as of October
12, 2015.  We trust this addresses any concerns you may
have.

We do not have sufficient information to locate the account.  Please provide the email address of the customer who set up the account and the account number.  We will also need the credit card number used in this transaction.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  My problem with this firm is the number of times I called and the number of emails that stated the refund was "being worked on"I was constantly told that there was a "problem with their bank processing refund"It appeared miraculously when their next billing cycle started, in other words they hold refunds and only process them once a month.that being said if this is their policy then their customer contact personnel need to relay this instead of the constant lying that I experiencedRegards,[redacted]

Account was charged April 7th and was refunded on April 27th for $39.80.  Account has been cancelled.

We processed a refund in the amount of $39.80 to the payment method used to make the purchase. We suggest the complainant contact their bank to understand what happened on their end. Prices are great and service is prompt and work is excellent and professional. I can't say enough good things about this company. 5 Stars in my opinion.
