[redacted] chose to accept our offer for day full access, which automatically renews monthly? On the page where [redacted] made that selection, immediately adjacent to the choice of subscriptions, the offer clearly and conspicuously states that the day premium access ''automatically renews at $per month on the 15th day''.? In addition, on the purchase confirmation page it is also clearly disclosed that this subscription will ''begin immediately and renew on August 29, to our monthly service at $per month.'' This page also provides information on how [redacted] could cancel before this monthly charge? Finally, [redacted] was also sent an email to the email address provided to us on the same day confirming ***’s access to our services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins immediately and renews automatically on August 29, to our recurring monthly service at $per month.'' Accordingly, on August 29, ***’s card was charged $for the applicable month of service.? ? The only reason they refunded the four months they charged me after I had confirmation from them in writing that it was canceled and I would receive no more charges,was my banks fraud unit got involved
This company clearly is practicing deceitful business practices and others need to be made aware of this.I reguest the full refund for the dishonesty this company clearly showed.I find it ironic that they now can find my records as when I contacted them time after time to have them cancel and then again to get them to stop charging me they continued to have no record of me
They are set up with scripted responses to intentionally mislead people.Even after I sent them copies of the canceled e mail they continued to ignore it and I have retained proof of this and im prepared to take more legal action if im not fully compensated

service team has provided *** with refunds in the amount of $each. As of December 30, 2015, *** has received a refund of charges, for a total refund amount of $Unfortunately, we cannot refund any charges made by her bank Please have her contact her bank in order to resolve that issue.We trust this resolves this issue.
