Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: You are contradicting yourself with your statement and your processors chargeback statement
Your processor (Stripe) requires steps from you (Indiegogo) and I HAVE called my bank to withdraw the dispute
Second step and it literally says by YOUR processor:
"Even though the customer has already agreed to withdraw the dispute through their bank, YOU must still submit evidence for the disputeYOUR evidence should indicate to the bank that YOUR customer wishes to drop the dispute, and must include any email evidence YOU have where the customer may say that"
I've emailed your customer happiness team countless times providing evidence that I have dropped my chargeback with my bank but you continue to close my request without responding.
Have you done the SECOND step at all? It literally says there that YOU should inform your bank that I want to drop the chargeback, have you?
You saying you (Indiegogo) cannot expedite this process BUT your payment processor literally gives you steps in order to deal with the situation.
By the way, is it "business" days or "regular" days? Because if so its been way past "regular" days

II am not trying to be a problem and I'm not trying to upset or cause any issues for anyoneI was given a date when these funds would be available to me of May 15thI have the screenshots to prove itI was told that the reason I could not get my funds was because of an issue with IndiegogoA technical glitch of some kindThere was a donation that was pausedFor some reason Indiegogo had an issue with their systemI contacted Indiegogo and as usual was sent a copy and paste letter backIt took me days to get someone to even understand what the problem wasAnd then finally a supervisor or someone higher up in the company took a look at my situation and turned it over to the tech department to fix itAll of this took several daysResulting in me not getting my funds when it said they would be due.I had sent proof that the donation was not a problem on my end or the end of the buyerThe buyer sent me a screengrab of his bank statement showing me that the donation had been processed the same day that he made itI sent this to IndiegogoObviously the person in customer service did not even look at the attachment and they didn't read what I had saidWhen they finally did understand after I got frustrated and they sent it to the appropriate people it took a few days to get fixed from that point maybe None of this is my fault or the fault of the buyerYet because of the technical issue and the donation being paused my funds were not sent as they were supposed to be
