I do appreciate that they called me a customer but we disagree on the definition. Indiegogo facilitates a 3rd party to take my money for a tangible good. This was my last step because, yes, Indiegogo provided me Qube's contact information previously.and I used it to contact Qube directly. That gave me new shipment dates beyond the original June date, you November and then finally February 2017. Since then Qube head stripped responding, Indiegogo has washed their hands of responsibility, though still advertises the product on the indiegogo site
