We do understand that the owner of this campaign had conveyed to their contributors that the matter had been resolvedUnfortunately, and as we outlined in our prior response, due to on-going litigation, Indiegogo was unable comment on this campaign or issue refunds
That said, we are happy to announce that the dismissal of this lawsuit has been filed with the court, which means Indiegogo can finally issue refunds for contributions to this campaign
