Review: On august *, 2013 received a cold call from this company with a salesman that represented himself as [redacted].

[redacted] stated he had an odor eliminator we would not use anything else if we tried. He stated he would take the product back if we did not like it. He also stated he would delay billing for 60 days.

The product arrived by UPS and did not have MSDS sheets. The bill came the day after the product arrived. The delivery charge was $22.00 on $78.00 invoice.

We called and told him to pick up the product because he lied about 2 areas and put staff and the delivery staff at safety risk with no MSDS sheets.

He stated on the phone it was a 20:1 dilution but the bottles states 1:1 dilution.

August **, 2013 we asked he issue a call pick up on the gallons. He stated his company did not do that and he would not honor anything he did not say. We want them to pick it up and forget we exist.Desired Settlement: Pick up the product and forget we exist.

Review: I received a call approximately two weeks ago from Industrial Chem labs about products they were offering. During this call, I was told about a few products that would help apartment complexes.

I stated several times that I didn't want to order anything. I was told each time that I would not be billed, instead, I was asked to try a sample of the product to see if it works, then a phone call will take place later regarding the effectiveness and if I wanted to order the product.

A few days later, I get a delivery of a 25 pound bucket of the sewer cleaner. Being skeptical, I put the product to the side and see if an invoice comes in. On October **, 2015 I get an invoice of #[redacted] for the "sample" I immediately call in to cancel this product and explain that I didn't want the full size or any invoices.

I was told by the rep (name withheld) that he was unable to do a pick up on the product, but he could waive the freight charge. I told him that I needed the product returned as it was unopened and a product that I never wanted I also informed the rep that removing the freight wouldn't help as I'm not paying the bill at all.

I was then told that my information will be sent to collections.

I immediately hung up and called back to the customer service desk. I inquired about the return address so I can ship something back that I don't want. I was told by the customer service rep that the department is on lunch and I would have to call later in order to get a return authorization.Desired Settlement: I would like a return label for the product so I can ship back as well as the invoice voided.

After this is resolved, I would like no further contact by this company.

Review: I received multiple calls from a sales representative of this company, who asked if I would be interested in purchasing fragrance for the apartments we manage. When I told the rep. I was not interested, I was given an option to receive a free sample of the product to see if it was something I would be interested in buying in the future. I agreed to have them send the free product with no obligations on my part. They made it very clear that I would not be charged a dime, and that there would be a brochure included with the shipment if I liked the product and ever decided to purchase from them. Days after the product arrived, I received a invoice for $112.76 with an incorrect spelling of my name and address. When I called to try to resolve the misunderstanding with their customer service, I was forwarded onto the rep who scammed me in the first place, who treated me very rudely, accused me of lying, and kept telling me to calm down (despite the fact that I was talking calmly the entire time).Desired Settlement: I desire to have my balance of $112.76 removed and any late payment charges that may apply to my name and business.

Review: We received an invoice from Industrial Chem Labs in December 2014 in the amount of $99.96, after a person by the name of Matt called and spoke to one of our Area Supervisors. Matt asked whether we were interested in an odor control product, our Area Supervisor replied, “No, we are not.” Matt was told, our Home office has a vendor that supplies our product. To which Matt replied, “I am one of your vendors”, and misrepresented that the product would be a free trial with no charge. Matt just needed our address to ship the product. The Area Supervisor directed him to one of our Property Managers for the address. Whereby, the product was received and believed to be free of charge. We were then sent an invoice for the product. Our National Purchasing Manager has tried on numerous occasions to contact Industrial Chem Labs. On March *, 2015, a call was placed to a Tim and a Mr. B[redacted], to request Industrial Chem Labs stop contacting us. As, they are not one of our authorized vendors. A request was also made, to have the shipped product picked up and a credit memo sent to us. They were very hostile and uncooperative. Yet, eventually said they would look into the matter. We have heard nothing further from Industrial Chem Labs with regard to a billing adjustment of the invoice.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment and no further contact by the business – if you do not wish to hear from the business any more via phone, email, mail or in-person.

Review: This company called and spoke to one of our employees offering a free sample of one of their products. The product was shipped and then shortly after we received an invoice. I have responded to a fax payment demand, tried calling the number's listed on their invoice, as well as emailed all contacts on invoice and website. tried calling and emailing on multiple occasions since April **, 2014. Months will pass and I hear nothing so I assume it was adjusted, and then I receive another invoice (as I just did this week). No one will answer or respond to emails and we continue to receive invoices for a product we didn't order. I have the product sitting in my office and have requested a return label and/or for them to pick it up. This has been ongoing since February 2014.Desired Settlement: Quit billing me for a product that was sent as a Free Sample or come get their product. We will not pay for something we did not order.

Review: Someone called from Industrial Chem Labs & Services to market and sell their products. They were told many times we didn't what or need anything from them. The man on the phone said that we wouldn't have to pay anything, we'd be sent a free sample. He was told again that we didn't want anything from them. Two days later, we get a box with 4 bottles of deodorizer in it. I tried calling the company, but they were not very helpful and hung up on me when they were supposedly getting the rep that sent it to us. Review: We received a call from Industrial Chem Labs rep [redacted] who offered us a sample of some liquid carpet cleaner. We agreed to this sample that I was led to believe by [redacted] was a "free sample," but which we received with an invoice that we paid anyway. (Over 100 dollars). Several weeks later, [redacted] called to inform us that part of our order had not gone out from the loading dock. He apologized for not sending out the complete order and said the rest was on it's way. Shortly after, we received a large box full of 6 one-gallon jugs of liquid carpet cleaner with an invoice for $317.91. We did not order this product. We are a very small 15 unit property with 90% tile flooring and simply do not need this product especially in such quantities. It would take us years to use all this up! I called to resolve this issue and [redacted] said I had agreed to this order at this price when he called to tell me the second half of the order was going to ship out. This is not true. I told him we simply will not use this, did not order it, and would like to send it back. He informed me that all sales are final. After doing some research on the company and seeing all the complaints with the exact same scamming tactics used on us, I called him yet again, to calmly express that I hoped we could resolve this issue or I would need to file fraud and/or dissatisfaction complaints. He became belligerent and angry, and after listening to him scream through the phone for several seconds, I hung up. Through the course of our business relationship, my company was never provided with [redacted]s email address, direct phone number, or extension, and when I called the 800 number I was screened before being allowed to speak to him. We filed a fraud claim with UPS who returned the package to the sender and we will not be paying the amount shown on the invoice. In short, this company is operating fraudulently. We were sent and billed for items we did not order, then refused return service.Desired Settlement: As previously stated, we have returned the product to the sender through the UPS fraud claims system and would like Industrial Chem Labs to accept this return and void the invoice for the unwanted and returned product.

Review: Approximately one year ago, this company called our office claiming to have received a business reply from someone at our company, requesting more information. A sales representative then gave a sales pitch about this "miracle" plumbing product. After a couple minutes on the phone with a sales rep, I was told that they could ship out a small sample to try out at no cost to us, under the agreement that if we liked it we would keep them in mind for future purchases. We received a LARGE bucket of this product about a week later, and about 2 days later an invoice for over $150. After calling the company several times to clear up the issue, they continually stated "we don't offer free samples", which is in direct conflict with what their sales rep initially offered. After a few weeks of getting nowhere with the company, we paid the invoice and requested that we not be called again in the future. Throughout all of these communications (aside from the initial sales call) the sales reps and customer service people were extremely rude and dismissive.

Today, I received another call from the company attempting the same sales pitch they started this whole ordeal with. I explained to the sales rep that we had these issues with the company in the past and that we weren't interested. The rep (I believe he said his name was [redacted]) immediately got defensive and in a very rude tone said "really? because we don't offer free samples buddy". I repeated that we are not interested and told him to have a good day.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to stop contacting my office, permanently. To be perfectly clear, I would like for this company to NEVER AGAIN call our office. We are not interested in their products or services.

Review: On 2/**/14 I spoke with a lady about the product that was sent. This product was to be a sample not the complete product. Samples are just that SAMPLES. We attempted to talk with [redacted] about this ,however got nowhere. He stated it was ordered by my staff person ,which is not true. When she spoke to me about it the next day she called them and told them we cant take samples we have to get supplies through our office. [redacted] stated product already shipped. When we received product on 2/**/14 I signed for it as we get delievers here all the time being a group home. I called and spoke with [redacted] and he said she did order it. I explained she only wanted sample, however a 20 pound package was sent. [redacted] said all sales are final, but we didn't order it. I opened the box to find the invoice, no invoice included. WHY? I was told it would be mailed in 30 days.I am shipping the product back to the company.They want to know whos paying for the 21.00 they spent on shipping .Were even I have to pay to send back. Review: A representative from Industrial Chem Labs called my office explaining what great maintenance products they sold. The reps name was [redacted], I asked if they had a good concrete cleaner and he said yes they had a great product and offered to ship 2 bottle to us. "Just try it and call me and let me know how it works, I know you're going to think it's great," We received the product, tried it and it didn't work at all. I called the company and told them it didn't work and that I would be happy to return it to the product. He said he couldn't do that as they have an "All Sales Final" policy. This was not stated in the"cold call" I received. I have e-mailed them twice since then and spoke with [redacted]'s [redacted], twice he kept telling me the same thing, " All sales are final". I told him I couldn't pay for a product that doesn't work and again offered to return the product.

After doing some research on the internet I see that this company runs a scam and that many others have had similar experience with them. Review: I was contacted by a rep from Chem Lab. Said they just did a trade show for their products in Milwaukee, WI. Wanted to send me a sample to try. If I liked it then I would order more of their products. This was supposed to be a FREE sample. I recieved an invoice in the mail. Called the company 3 times before speaking to the rep who ordered this product for me. Said that they would not accept the return. I satted that the product had not been opened, I was told this was a free sample and now I have a bill in the mail. I will not pay this bill and would like to return it to them. Review: [redacted] was contacted by [redacted] (sales) at Industrial Chem Labs and told that he was working with the new company that just took over our community. [redacted] was told that he can order products and would he like a new sewer cleaner. He can send him a box today. [redacted]. believed that this person made contact with him because our new owners requested it. He placed the order-we paid and were amazed by the expensive price tag. This was in September 2013 then in November we received a very large heavy box once again from Ind. Chem Labs as well as an invoice for $242.11. He did not place a 2nd order and did the right think by paying for the first invoice because my Maintenance person fell for the skeme but this time around we are not paying for the products nor do we want them. I called and was treated poorly by [redacted]'s [redacted] refused to take my order back, he said my Maint. person knew a 2nd order was coming which is not true. He tried to gain my last name and I told him no. I will not share my personnel information so the ploy stops now. He was short with me and said he would need to speak to the board about it but it would be a NO regarding returning it. I told him your product is coming back and I do not know what board you speak of. You do not have a real PO # and the product is coming back to you. The call accomplished nothing but frustration on my part. Once I googled the company I saw a mess of complaints which I knew would exist. Review: A package arrived of odor control chemicals in the amount of $105.26, I contacted them. They had my name and a co-workers name and when I spoke with them they said my coworker ordered it and when she spoke with them they told her I ordered it. No one contacted them and ordered anything. I told them that I was refusing the package and then they said they would just send it back to me and if I didn't pay they would turn us over to a collection agency. Searching the blogs and internet reviews this has happened to many companys across the states.

Review: I was called by a sales rep named [redacted] approximately 3 to 4 weeks ago regarding an odor control product that wanted to give us to try. I thoroughly questioned this person inquiring where the catch was and if it was really free. [redacted] (last name unknown) insisted it was free despite the fact that I interrogated him thoroughly. No cost, no shipping, no handling.. the only thing they wanted from us was to choose them for future orders. I told [redacted] that if I received an invoice that I would be highly upset and would be calling the company. I then received a second phone call from a different person (name unknown) approximately a week later asking to confirm my shipping address. I again asked if this was my free product being shipped to me free and the response was yes. I agreed to the confirmation. Both phones calls were witnessed by my co worker [redacted]. Today we received an invoice for $111. When I called [redacted] to ask him why we received an invoice, he directly lied to me and said I agreed to a $79 plus tax charge to be invoiced later! THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE and I have WITNESS TO PROVE IT! I know have to pay for shipment of $39.46 to return the item. When contacted the company to dispute the invoice, [redacted] immediately called me a liar and said that he did tell me there was a charge involved. I insisted that this is not how the conversation went and that I could prove what I was saying because my co worker was in the room, listening and watching me have this conversation with [redacted] the salesperson. [redacted] immediately became belligerent and argumentative. About that time a second voice appeared on the phone who chimed in with [redacted] that I was a liar! I told them both that the product would be returned and a complaint filed, even though that has little merit on their business. [redacted] called back immediately. I refused the call and my assistant [redacted] took it instead. He confirmed that I did indeed ask several times if the product was free and the only condition is that we buy from them because we love the product so much. [redacted] initially told [redacted] he was also a liar and that he and I were in conspiracy together to protect our own best interest. [redacted] denied this and called him out on shady unethical business tactics and told him to make it right. [redacted] said he would send an email to [redacted] and "attempt" to resolve the issue. [redacted] also requested to speak to our owner who denied any contact at this time.Desired Settlement: Refund of $39.46, 2 hours of unscheduled work time at $17.50 an hour. (thus far)

While the product has been successfully returned at Industrial Chem's expense, the account as stated by the representative of Industrial Chem is simply untrue. We are glad to be done with the process, but will not endorse lies, as we were absolutely led to believe there was no expense involved. In addition, we have not yet been presented a zero invoice. Once we have received an updated invoice reflecting a balance of $0.00, we will consider the incident closed. However, even then, we will not endorse lies.

Additionally, if the final response is for our company to say that this company did not use or imply the word free products in their dialogue, then the case will remain open. They did, in fact, lead us to believe that the product was free. When we called back to address they issue the directly told me that I was lying! When I told them I had someone listen to the entire conversation and they too confirmed that they eluded to free products, then they decided to resolve the issue! This company is a farse! Review: This company sent products that we DID NOT order then sent us an invoice in the amount of 249.51 for all purpose cleaner! We have contacted the company after receiving this and informed them that we did not order this and that we have refused the order. That was back in March. The product is still at our office. June **, 2015 we received a faxed invoice in the amount of 249.51 stating that the invoice was past due and that immediate payment was required. As of July *, 2015 our company has sent them a certified letter stating that we are refusing to pay this invoice and that we have place a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: This company is a SCAM and we do not want to be contacted by them again!

The line level employee stated that she cannot authorize any product to be sent to our location. 2 gallons of vanilla odor control were sent to our location, which we attempted to return immediately. We were told that we would be receiving a zeroed out invoice, which we never received. I, the [redacted], called to speak with someone and was told that they offered my line level employee a settlement, which she took, and refused to speak with me any more on the issue. The line level employee did not take a settlement, as she is not empowered to do so, and there is no reason to not speak with me on the issue as the [redacted]. The representative was rude when speaking with me, and refused to attempt to come to an agreement.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the items with no cost to us and receive a refund, as we did not authorize these items or the charge.

Review: Received a phone call from [redacted] who represented Industrial Chem Labs and claimed they have products that can help the hotel business and I told him I was not intrested but the sales person continued to pressure to make a purchase and I told him I was not intrested. So towards the end he said that how about he sends a "FREE" sample for me to try it out and if I like it then I can order with them in the future, to which I said I am ok with a "FREE" sample.

After 3-4 days I received a shipment in the mail via UPS to see a about 20 lbs container. which sat on the side of the office, two days later I receive an invoice in the amount of $145.46. I called the companys phone number and spoke with "[redacted] with Accounting Dept", As per her I need to speak with sales person "[redacted]" she left a message for him to call me back. NO ONE called me, so I called them again the next day and asked for [redacted] and she said that I am being trransfered to "[redacted]" he is "[redacted] and I narrated the whole saga and as per him in the notes it stated that I was having problems with the drain lines hence I ordered this product and I clearly told him I was being sent a free sample, to which "[redacted]" denied and said our calls are recorded, to which I requested he goes back to the recording and listen to the conversation, at that point his statement changed that we dont record the call we "monitor" the calls. After 5 mins of going back and forth he started making me sound as if I am the culprit and I did something wrong when they clearly were scaming me.

He said that he is offering to provide a settlement where he waives the S/H charges. I told him I dont want your product to which he stated "All Sales are Final". I told him I never purchased anything I was told that they will send me a free sample. To which his comments were I was insulting him and he will forward this account to collections.Desired Settlement: I dont want their product nor do I want their invoivce, I expect an apology from them along with this invoiced to be zeroed out along with them sending me a pre paid postage for me to send their stuff back as I dont need it and I never ordered it to being with.

Review: We had a box of liquid odor control show up to the hotel that was delivered by UPS Ground on 8/**/2014. When my [redacted] called and spoke with [redacted] who was very rude, he said that he spoke with my [redacted] and he is the one who authorized this....my [redacted] would never authorize an order with out speaking to me first, we have a process that has to be done before anything gets ordered. We would never have ordered a vanilla order control product because we have strict guidelines of what we can use in the guest rooms from Hilton and they are all febreeze products only. We have asked to have this returned and also asked to speak with [redacted] ( if this person actually exists I don't know) and was told that he is in meeting all day and to call back.Desired Settlement: I just was a RA number from UPS to send this product back, it has never been opened and we will not be paying for it so if you would like the product back give me an RA# and it will be sent back.

Review: This company contacted our front desk person, [redacted], and then automatically shipped products we don't need/use. When contacting the company asking how to ship it back, they replied that the "best they could do" is credit for the product - not the shipping to/from. We discussed with them that [redacted] did not (and does not) have the ability to authorize any purchase and that since we didn't authorize this shipment, that they are to send a UPS/FED EX number so we could ship it back and credit it. The gentleman was extremely rude and we feel this tactic is nothing more than a "bait and switch"Desired Settlement: We want them to issue us credit for all services as well as pay for shipping back to their manufacture. The chemical is still in it's original packing and hasn't been open. We want proof that all credit has been given back.

[redacted] was not the one to contact [redacted] originally and in fact, argued with [redacted] again, via phone, about the issue. [redacted] discussed in details that they would be funding the full refund as well as paying for this product, that was never ordered at all, back. We have a company that comes out 2/year that does all of our carpet cleaning for us so this product was unnecessary and therefore wouldn't have been ordered.

Review: I recieved an unsolicited call from the companys sales rep [redacted] sometime early in March 2014. He described his product that could help with roots in the septic sytem at our business. I expressed I did not want to buy anything at this time. He told me he would send me some of his product to try, and if I was happy he would bill me for them 2 months later thus allowing me time to try the product and make sure I was satisfied with it. I said if he wanted to send me a sample I would be glad to give it a try but I did not want to purchase anything. Two weeks later I recieved the product in UPS. As it was still winter here I put it aside. A week later I get an invoice stating "All Sales Final" and the payment was due in 30 days. I called the company and told them it was supposed to be a sample why was I being billed? I was told by the rep that he never said he was sending a sample and I misunderstood him. I said then you misunderstood me when I said I didnt want to buy anything. He told me his shipping dept called and confirmed the shipping address and where to send a bill. He basicaly accused me of lying. I told him to pick up the product he told me he couldnt all sales were final and I was told this. The only thing he could do was credit the shipping. I do not deal with any company where all sales are final. I did not want to order anything that cost money that I had not done research on beforehand. I would like this picked up and the invoice credited.Desired Settlement: I would like the product which remains unopened picked up and the invoice credited and to never be contacted by this company again.
