Review: For the second time now Chem Labs has contacted us by phone and tried to sale us lift station degreaser. After repeatedly telling them we did not wish to purchase the product on both occasions the sales rep then said they wanted to send us a free sample to which we also said NO. A few days later a bucket of degreaser was shipped to us and a bill for $ 197.11 followed a few days later. After we contacted Chem Labs about the issue they insist that we authorized the purchase which we did not. After searching the web for info on this company it is apparent that they have executed this scam hundreds of times on businesses around the country.Desired Settlement: Chem Lab's should have their product picked up and should never contact the Town of [redacted] ever again.

Review: We should have read reviews three years ago on this company. Clearly rating an "F" and I understand why. Called one last final time today to speak with a [redacted] about an invoice we received for a product that was shipped out four and a half months ago ordering it. Apparently it was "lost" in the warehouse. This product was originally ordered by one maintenance engineer on our site (who is no longer with the organization). Chem Labs called to speak with maintenance in November to let us know that they never shipped this out and did we still want it. Our new maintenance engineer on site had indicated yes because he was told this was paid for already. We received two separate shipments on two separate invoices. The first one which was 25 in pounds we are still using and it is ok. We had paid this invoice. My maintenance engineer called a month ago to have the separate 50 lb. sewer cleaner returned. Spoke with a very push sales person (I have always know this about this company and probably why they are rated the way they are) and he completely turned the conversation into a talk about the most recent Eagles game.He offered my maintenance engineer a "discount" on the order. Obviously my maintenance engineer is not a "sales person" so this individual clearly pushed him around.I just placed a call now with my maintenance engineer present to discuss this situation. Spoke with a [redacted] who was apparently the [redacted]. Very condescending and insisted we had made a partial payment on this order. I explained we did not and he would not "listen". Then insisted that I was not "listening" after I had already told him this. Without getting into the way he spoke to me over the phone (you can get the general feeling by their other reviews) left me with we cannot take the product back and all sales are final. Convenient. When I told him we had planned to take this further, he responded with we'll respond how we see fit. Stuck with this product and he's applying a "discount". Whoopee!Desired Settlement: I do not wish to be contacted by this company ever again and told him that on the phone. I can't understand why they are able to do business like this and still be "in business".

Review: Sales person made unsolicited call and spoke with employee in trying to sell cleaning supplies. Employee stated that he was not authorized to make any purchases that incurred cost without prior approval of ownership. Salesperson said he would then send sample, employee agreed. Company called same employee following day to confirm shipment, no mention of any product order or billing amount was mentioned. Shipment was received with invoice of $199.90 in product cost plus $98.21 in shipping/handling, $298.11 total.

Manager called to have invoice cancelled. Company said employee agreed to order product, confirmed shipment and that sales amount stands.Desired Settlement: Delete invoice and any amounts due to Industrial Chem Lab. If product is to be returned it is at their cost. No further contact to our company or its employees.

Industrial Chem Labs & Services Inc (ICL) response is both withholding and misleading with what verbally transpired in their unsolicited calls. [redacted] stated to [redacted] that he was UNAUTHORIZED to make any purchase. In response [redacted] said he would send a SAMPLE, not a sales order of product. NO MENTION OF ANY SALE OR TERMS OF SUCH SALE WAS MENTIONED BY [redacted] confirmed shipment of what [redacted] had agreed to the day before. [redacted] did not change the SAMPLE to a sales order and there was no mention of a change in the SAMPLE status by [redacted]. ICL was misleading in offering SAMPLE, then claiming it was a sale.

We initiated no contact nor have any interest in purchasing any product from ICL. We maintain that [redacted] stated clearly he was unauthorized to make a purchase and only agreed to the initial sample without financial obligation as well as the shipment of such. If ICL processed a sales order rather than the agreed upon SAMPLE, then is by their own error for which we hold no liability for. If ICL wishes to have the UNUSED product returned, we will gladly do so at THEIR EXPENSE.

Unethical business practices are indeed costly and if the business wishes to pursue this issue, we will refer them to our legal consul.

Review: I was solicited by telephone for a product. I was told by "C.E." that I would not be charged shipping. When I got the bill, there was a shipping & handling charge on it. I immediately called the company and spoke with "C.E." and he said he would remove the charges and to just pay for the product. I paid the bill in May. 2015 and the check has cleared the bank. In September I received notice that the bill was unpaid. I called to resolve the issue and spoke with Christy. She accused me of being rude when I told her that I had indeed paid the bill. I requested to speak with her supervisor and she hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I want the company to stop sending me bills and to never contact me again. I was willing to fax a copy of the cancelled check to them, but the situation escalated so rapidly, I never got the chance.

Review: Industrial Chem Labs called a phone number back in 2013 and spoke to a student volunteer who is not employed by [redacted] and at the time was not even close to being in a buying position. They said they had some new product that they would be sending to her to try out and if she didn't like it she could send it back. All of a sudden we started receiving invoices for products that we never purchased and that we obviously weren't willing to pay for. Industrial Chem labs uses deceitful methods to make sales, and then they make it impossible to get through to them. Every phone call that we have made was treated very disrespectfully and we are confident that they have made a business out of confusing people into "trying" their products. This is a $99.50 invoice that they want me to pay, but I refuse to pay because this is completely wrong. If they stood behind their products, business model, sales techniques, etc... then they would take a credit card over the phone to complete the purchase. Nobody with buying power in our company was ever spoken to about this transaction.

We received a phone call yesterday from the same company saying that our drains from our buildings to the main sewer lines were in need of cleaning and that they had a special product to handle this. It was the same cunning sales trick and they said that they were an approved vendor through our corporate offices. This is called lying to make money. This company is full of swindling sales people who are not willing to sell products in an upright and honest manner.Desired Settlement: I would like written notice that the $99.50 Invoice has been zeroed out, and I would like to never be contacted by this company again.

Review: 02/**/2015- Received call from Ind. Chem Labs. Rep. ID'd himself as [redacted] and asked how I was , how the weather was,ect.- general conversational questions. He asked if I was now the [redacted] and said he knew we had been between managers. Asked for my name to update their records and at the very end of the conversation, mentioned that we had an order that was coming to us that was a "completion to another order that was placed".

I went and asked my [redacted] if he had placed an order with them and he had said no- that the [redacted] does the ordering. We had been without a [redacted] for almost 2 months so I was a little confused, but thought that maybe the previous one had placed an order right before she left.

02/**/2015- A shipment via [redacted] was delivered to my office with a packing slip showing my name in the PO box. I then called Ind. Chem Labs and asked to speak to [redacted]. He wasn't available, so I left a message for him to call me back.

02/**/2015- Called again- left message.

02/**/2015- Called again- got [redacted] on the line. He was very short and rude, saying all sales were final. I told him that I did not order this and that I needed proof of the orignal order this went to. He kept making excuses as to why he couldn't get to the original at that time and hung up on me when I kept pressing for answers.

02/**/2015- Still no word from the company, so I call again. This time I reach him and questioned the order and why my name was on it again. He kept dodging the questions and saying he would send me a copy of the original order it went to. He was very short and rude about it and hung up on me before I was done.

02/**/2015- Still no copy has arrived in the mail, e-mail or otherwise. I call and ask to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to [redacted], whom, after explaining the situation and how rudely I had been treated, said he was taking it to the board and that I would be hearing from him. He also hung up on me in the middle of me talking.

02/**/2015- Spoke to [redacted] again- tried to say he never said anything about taking it before a board and insisted it was a completion on an order. He said he would send me an order history showing the original order.

03/**/2015- Still no word- no order history. Called again- left message for [redacted] to call me.

03/**/2015- Left another message to call.

03/**/2015- Left another message to call- [redacted] would not put me through to anyone higher up than [redacted].

03/**/2015- Finally get [redacted] back on the phone- he says he had "the girls" to e-mail it to me. I said I never received it and that he originally told me he was mailing it- not e-mailing it. Said he would fax it.

Have heard nothing since then.

The only other invoice I have on file where our complex has ordered from them was back in October 2014 and that was paid by check. I have no records of any other order since.

The invoice I have now totals over $800.00. I can't even make an order for that much without my [redacted]'s approval. They keep dodging my requests for proof- this makes me feel like they are trying to take advantage of this company.Desired Settlement: Pick up unwanted items and credit account accordingly.

Review: I am a apartment manager at two elderly and disabled properties. I was contacted at one of my properties and was told the manager ordered a product and they wanted to confirm shipment. I said that was impossible because I was the manager and did not order. They hung up. Weeks later at my other property my maintenance man answered my office phone and they told him that the manager authorized shipment and was it okay to go ahead and send. [redacted] my maintenance man said yes. When I saw me he told me the item had shipped. I said I knew nothing about it. Weeks later we receive a product and over $100 invoice. I called and spoke to [redacted] over ten times saying I did not authorize this. Each time he said the board were going to call me and email me return shipping labels. Then today I got an email with a shipping and handling credit. I called [redacted] again and he said I need to take my issue up with my Maintenance man. He was loud and rude. When I asked to speak to someone on the board he said there was nobody to speak to.Desired Settlement: I want to be credited the full amount they charged on their invoice and to give me a shipping label to return this product and then to not contact us again.

* UPS was just here and picked up the package that was sent from us. As long as nothing else is shipped or charged to us I withdrawal my complaint and everything is resolved.

Review: Salesman from the company called asking if we would like their product claiming it would clean our steel walls on our storage units. I refused to make an order. The next day their warehouse man called claiming he had an order for us and again I refused the order he said it will get sent with a 30 day invoice. Today the product arrived from UPS 4/**/2014 and was signed for by some else not me. [redacted] contacted their office to inform them of the mistake and how would they like it returned. They refused to listen to anything but payment or they would go to collection.. The product is not suitable to cleaning steel as they claimed it would be and we did not order it in the first place.Desired Settlement: The company misrepresented their product capability and sent the product claiming it was ordered by phone. They used telephone solicitation and initiated the original call. This needs to be put in some kind of record so others can check on the companies practices with legal solutions if required.

Review: I recieved a call from a [redacted] at my four bed group home facility stating he would allow a free trial product of deodorizer that could be useful to us. He said absolutly free and if I liked the product I could order more. Review: Industrial Chem labs contacted us about a product, and we had told them just to email us some information about it. since the boss was on vacation, and everything has to be OK through him. So this [redacted] who works there decides to just send us 2 gallons of it on a whim, so we called there office about why it being here, they said oh free trial! 30 days you can return it no questions asked, so there it sat, cause we wanted to check it with another product we had here. we looked it was the same stuff we already had that doesn't work, so we obviously want to send it back. So we call them up, and they said oh we ordered it, and you'll have to pay for it, and threatened to send it to collections. For one we never ordered it, since everything has to be approved by the boss who was on vacation, and they just up and lie about everything.Desired Settlement: Send me a Return label so I can send back the bad product, get rid of the bill I shouldn't have to pay for something that was never ordered, and lose my phone number.

Review: somebody from this company called offering a new product that will work in our hotel. told person that bought stuff like this before and did not work. not going through this again. said not like that company. they told me to try the product and if not work they will send return shipping lable and I could send it back. they told me that I will not be charged if product did not do its job. well it did not. tried product per their instructions and once with water like they recommended and then when that did not work tried straight from bottle. still no good. 1st week did not open box, 2nd week started using product. only used 3 days after 2nd week. called them immediately letting them know the product is no good. asked them to send the return shipping lable but gave me the runner round. left dozen messages for [redacted] to call me but no answer. I keep recieving invoices and called them to cease sending notices. I told them I will be calling my attorney and filing charges for the deceit and lies and for harrassement, but they continue on harrassing me. Review: I ordered 2 gallons of odor control from [redacted] on 5/**/13. He stated that he could bill me for one gallon in July in the amount of $39.00 and the second gallon in Aug. in the amount of $39.00. I agreed to do that. I received product and the bill and I was being charged the full amount of $111.00 which included $39.95 for each gallon not the $39.00 and then $31.21 for shipping. On July [redacted] I received a call from [redacted] stating that one of my gallons was left on the shipping dock. I told him oh I thought both gallons were in the packaged I received already and he stated no. So I said ok send the other. I get to work on Monday 7/**/13 and there was another package from them and an invoice for 6 gallons of the odor control. For a total of $325.91. I call [redacted] right away and he told me that I ordered that when he called me on 7/*/13. I told him no that he stated that my other part of my shipment was still on the loading dock. He said he would look into it and call me right back. On 7/**/13 still hadn't heard from him so I called him back and he stated the same thing. He did tell me that I could ship it back but I would have to pay for shipping. My concern that if I ship it back and they keep the product and they do not issue a credit then I will be stuck with the bill and no product. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to pay for the shipping and issue a credit so I can see it. or

If I knew that they would issue a credit when I ship it back I have no problem shipping it back to them and I pay for it.

I received a solicitation from a [redacted] from Industrial Chem labs regarding drain cleaner. I am the [redacted] for [redacted] that owns units in a condominium complex called [redacted] is managed by [redacted] and [redacted]. All common areas of the complex are handled by them not me. I was busy at the time so I gave [redacted] the telephone number of my maintenance technician who is on the property. On June ** I received an invoice in the mail for $286.19 of which $41.69 was shipping and handling. I called the company. They told me that [redacted] placed the order. Then [redacted] got on the phone and we had a conversation. Apparently, after [redacted] called me for a sales solicitation he called my maintenance technician and told him that the main office told him to call regarding placing an order with him. My maintenance technician was completely misled by [redacted] the salesman for Chem Labs. After I received the invoice I told [redacted] that they needed to come pick up the sewer cleaner and it was an unauthorized purchase as my maintenance technician was mislead by [redacted] the sales man. First, the condominium association is responsible for all common elements which would include drains. I asked [redacted] where he received the lead. He gave me the telephone number of ###-###-####. I called the number. That is [redacted] which was the prior property management company for the condominium association. [redacted] never contacted Industrial Chem Labs. I asked them to come pick it up. They refused. I will not pay an invoice for something that I did not order and from a company/salesman that mislead my maintenance technician. Obviously, when a salesman called my maintenance technician's cell phone and said that the main office gave him the cellphone number, my maintenance technician was duped into ordering something that he thought was authorized. Now [redacted] from Chem Labs said that if I report him, he is going to report my company. Wow, it is a good idea not to ever do business with Chem Labs and more specifically, a salesman by the name of [redacted]. If a mistake was made, Chem labs should come pick up their product and be done with this.

Review: On March [redacted] a rep from this company named [redacted] called and arranged to send a "sample" of one their sewer cleaner products. This same rep started the conversation by stating that they were an approved vendor through our corporate office - which was a lie. I made it very clear that we would try out this "sample" as long as it was free. The rep assured me that we would not be charged. A week passes by and suddenly we receive a 25 lb bucket of the product, I immediately called [redacted] to ask why such a large amount was sent. I then asked for him to fax me over his vendor number which would have been issued through our corporate office. Instead, he faxes over an invoice for $153.46 along with a W-9 form. On 4/*, I called again requesting that they send a shipping label so that I can return this product but [redacted] refused and stated that if we did not pay them then they would send us to collections.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to send a call tag so that I can return this unopened product - at their expense.

Review: We received two orders from Industrial Chem Labs that we did not place. I called to let them know, so we can return them. They told us that all sales are final, and we received an invoice for them. I look them up online, and it says scam everywhere. They fish out peoples' names at businesses, and send them products they didn't order, and bill them. Review: I receive a call, from a gentleman offering some insecticide chemicals, for free, I refused to the gentleman, several times and he said no obligations, that I didnt have to pay anything, to just try it out, and I said ok, after 5 days I received 2 gallons of insecticide with an invoice of 170 dollars, I called them immediately a woman answer the phone and transferred me to the guy that send me the invoice, he never answered or call back, and I tried getting a hold of him several times, after 2 months I finally got to speak to him, and he was literally screaming at me telling me to pay the bill, I told him that I never agreed to pay for something, I told him that I will ship back his product because I dont need it, and he say he wont take it back because 2 months have past, well they never call you back to begin with, and it was supposto be free I font want yo be billed or have anything to do with this company, again they were the ones who called and offer their free product to me, someone please help and not let yhis company take advantage of a lot of people like me. Review: This company called our business selling chemicals. I was not interested but was told they would send some for us to sample if we liked it we could call and purchase some. The package delivered on 2/*/2015, which was a Friday. I didn't get to open and use it until 2/**/2015. Before I had the chance to call I had an invoice for $101.26 that was printed on the [redacted]. I called the company today 2/**/2015 to speak with [redacted] (who called me the first [redacted]e) [redacted] put me on hold and a [redacted] picked up. [redacted] told me he was on the call with me and he wasn't. I was trying explain the conversation that I had with [redacted] and [redacted] said that's not the conversation I had with [redacted]. I said excuse me? He asked what am I being excused for you think your so tough over the phone. He said you aren't listening to me to HOLD ON ONE SECOND! Yes, he yelled. They do not represent themselves as a good business practice and they give you "trial" period when in fact they bill you right away. I am willing and told them I will send back the unused bottles. One bottle isn't even open, the other bottle over half full. They are rude when you call. They don't let you get a word in edge wise. They are cocky and this is beyond bad business practices. They are not honest people and this isn't an honest business.Desired Settlement: All I want is not to be billed for the "free trial" of the odor control. Again, I'll gladly send back whats not used.

When we spoke he told me that he would send out a statement saying "That we are not to pay the invoice, not only could he make the invoice go away but he would. That we are to keep the product, and NOT to ship it back". I told him "Once I receive that statement, I would in fact take the complaint down". I have yet to recieve anything from him via [redacted] or email. I have recieved numerous [redacted] packages since and never once did the driver tell us he had a call tag. As soon as [redacted] does what he told me he was going to do the quicker the complaint comes down. I am appalled by the lies that have come out of this company.

Review: In 2013 the sales representative offered for me to try a product called Eliminator promising guaranteed results to kill weeds. I agreed to only one shipment of 2 gallons to try product. It failed to work. The representative without contacting me to ask me if it worked shipped another 2 gallons of the product which I did not order due to fact that it did not work. I attempted to resend the product but they refused to take it back. I eventually paid for it in protest. Then this year the representative without an order sent another 2 gallons of the product. I contacted the company and the representative refused to take it back saying my manager had ordered it. This is a complete untruth as my manager knew that the product did not work and would never have ordered the product. The product remains unopened and I wish they cancel the shipment and send a pick up for the product. They have refused to work with me. I want the product picked up and have no more dealings with this company.Desired Settlement: Send a pick up for the product and cancel the billing. Never contact my company again.

Review: Industrial Chem representative contact us on phone for promotion of their product call Concentrated Air Freshener. according to sales rep. He is going to send 2 gal of concentrated Sample to try once we like the product he will send the invoice. and if we dont like than he will send you return shipment label and we have to send them back. Now we received product and its says it is not concentrated product on container second we use some product to try and we did not like the way he was explaining on phone. so it is no way differ and money saver product than what we are using it. so I contact them to return the product. now they are telling we have to pay for shipping and open contain can not be taken back so have to pay for open one. I try to reach to upper level in company but they keep transferring phone between 3 people and keep changing position. they start talking inappropriately and unethically. so I told them I can not handle like this I have to use some legal step to resolve the problem and hang up. since that day /(04/**/2013) I have not heard or get any mail from company. but after almost year I got invoice again. so now I do not have any choice left than complain. it was my mistake that I did not file complain at that time assuming it was taken care. but I was wrong. I still have 1 full gal and 1 partial use of their product.

I am complaining bcz of so many people might be cheated or will be cheated like this. its matter of money its matter of bad behavior false information false advertising, unethical way of doing business.
