I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Since filing this complaint, Industrial Chem Labs & Services, Inc(ICL) has contacted a member of our maintenance staff to send 'free samples' Before agreeing to being sent the free sample the staff member was assured it was free and he informed them that he had to be sure they were free because he is not authorized to make purchases without prior approval from Management These free samples were sent and we received them However, a few days later we received a bill for the supposed free samples which was Invoice #*** in the amount of $Therefore, before considering this complaint resolved, we would like to make sure ICL accepts the return shipments that were shipped back to them on 5/*/ICL zeroes out and does not bill us for any portion of Invoices #*** or #*** ,ICL never contacts our company, our staff or any other representative of our company, and ICL never ships anything to us againIf ICL will agree to these terms we will consider withdrawing the complaint.

I will state once more: It was said this was a "sample", no price was EVER discussed. And, NO ONE called us the next day to verify the order! We did not hear from the company again until WE initiated a call once we received this surprise bill! I am not going to continue to argue this point. However, I will not close this until things have happened that Butch R*** told me would happen to resolve this matter: 1) package picked up from our office and 2) the invoice being zeroed out. Once those two things are done, we will gladly say our compliant was successfully resolved. Thank you
