The product has not been picked up yet and ALL charges for both June and December have not been verified that they have been removed. Once this is done, we will close this case.In addition, Mr H*** did NOT go over the terms with *** as he indicated in the response. This information is both and a lie. She also only spoke to one person, not two as indicated.This company is full of lies and needs to be stopped. I can't believe that they are being allowed to continue to mislead people and get away with it.Once the product is picked up and we receive notification in writing that ALL charges have been removed, then we will accept this case as being closed, BUT not until then.Sincerely,

To be very clear, Industrial Chem Labs works a bait & switch "sales" techniqueOther internet reviews/complaints described the exact same tactic that I experiencedThey offer a trial sample and send out too big of a shipment to be able to return for freeIt is unfair and my Revdex.com complaint is to warn others not to do business with them. My resolve is that I will never do business with them ever again
