However, I would like to note that I never mentioned that this business said "free sample". They said that they would send a sample and after clarifying that I would not be charged, they went ahead and billed me for this product. Thank you for your time

My company did not order anything from icl. Some stupid fruitloop from icl called my company and stated they were sending a free sample of carpet cleaner to my company. My employee told them no. Several days later 2 gallons of unknown/unidentified liquid chemicals are delivered to my company. A week later a bill for $99.26 from icl arrives via usps. This is mail fraud. I filed reports against icl with the postal inspector, the fbi, the gbi, the state consumer protection office, the fcc and the ftc. I ain't giving icl a single dang cent! No! I will never retract my complaint and I will follow up on all my filings with government agencies!

I then called [redacted] who has not returned my call.   Therefore, I can't assist in the resolution if the other party doesn't wish to participate.
