I was very unhappy with the unprofessional service that I received from Insight Pest Solutions. Our service dates were never clearly outlined, sometimes they would just show up, other times they would fail to come when scheduled. When I called the number to reschedule a service visit, The number was disconnected. Aside from that, I find it unacceptable that they cannot give you a window of time when they are coming to perform a service, just a date. Nobody should have to sit and wait around for a 12 hour day, waiting for service that may or may not happen. Aside from the disorganized business model, The service was okay, we noticed fewer ants, but it was not worth the hassle. I paid out my year contract, yet I am still getting emails and phone calls from the company, bordering on harassment. Never again, stay away!

Service was on time, the technician was courteous and knowledgeable. All in all a very good experience.

Insight Pest Soltuions came to my house today for a one-time extermination, and they were wonderful! [redacted] was my technician, and he did an extremely good job! He was very helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Have a terrible rat infestation. [redacted] came over, checked over every inch of the area to locate points of entry. Discussed the plan to murder these bums so I can move on with my life. [redacted] gave great explanations to the entire process and further teaching on how to clear these bs. He was very professional and answered every question about how to keep em out also. Boom. 5/5 stars!

After a rough start in the neighborhood due to a sales rep who I must say did a poor job and a lot of lying from door to door (his name was [redacted]) Insight did my condo and did a great job. On the second visit I scheduled the appointment so I would be home and the service agent who did the job was a wonderful, very polite man (who represents the company so much better than [redacted] did. I'm happy and pleased with the service and will continue to use Insight Pest Solutions. If it hadn't been for [redacted], I'm sure other condo owners would have stayed with Insight and let their condo be treated. Hopefully I can turn around some of the distaste he left in the condo area. I'm impressed and very impressed with the lovely man who did the treatment the last time. Plan on giving him an online "tip" at Insight so that they know how great a representative they have for the company. Real shame they entrusted the sales the the guy they did. I'm sure they no longer employ him after all the complaints from my neighbors. Keep up the great job Insight!!

Our tech was very professional. He worked quickly and was very friendly. I highly recommend their service.

Tech was right on time. Very nice! Did everything I asked. A few hours later after being at the neighbors house he rang our door bell. My toddlers umbrella was blowing away. So he brought it back!! Thank you so much [redacted]!!!

I would like to commend [redacted] of Insight Pest Solutions for being prompt and knowledgeable. He arrived at our home within the time specified for the appointment. He explained exactly what was going to be accomplished during this visit and what we could expect on subsequent visits. He answered all of the questions we had in a thoroughly professional manner displaying his expertise in his field in the process. My wife and I are extremely happy that we chose Insight Pest Solutions to take care of our home.

I am pleased with the advance service notice, the ease of rescheduling or raising concerns before the visit, and the thoroughness of the service. There has been a noticeable positive difference since we began using Insight.

The technician arrived on time and gave me a thorough explanation of the service to be provided, I explained what type of pests I had observed around the house and he briefed me to the detail on the product specifications, uses and expected results, satisfied to know the guarantee to come back for free if any issues.

We used Insight pest solutions last week. Although it is too early to tell, so far they have exceeded my expectations. The technician, Austin, was incredibly friendly and did a wonderful job communicating everything. He was very professional. I was told it takes about two weeks to notice a difference as far as bugs/ants. As of now, I would recommend this company to others.

[redacted] arrived punctually and administered the pest control efficiently. He was courteous and diligent. I asked him to pay careful attention of around the covered gutters and he did so graciously. He was also careful around flower beds etc. I look forward to continuing business with this company

This is the WORST Company I've ever encountered! I've spent $175 for horrible services and have waited TWICE for technicians who were NO SHOWS and NO CALLS for 2 consecutive days. I cannot and will not wait for unskilled unprofessional technicians. I was trying to avoid major chains, but I paid $175 and STILL have the same problems I encountered before I sign-up for their services. Don't be tricked like I did into spending money for poor service and poor quality.

Our family has had very positive experiences with [redacted] who has served as our Insight technician for much of the last year. He is responsive and respectful. He has displayed an impressive level of professionalism, courtesy, and thoroughness in treating our home! I highly recommend both [redacted] and Insight Pest Solutions.

Our service was on Wednesday and our technician [redacted] was excellent. He knocked on the door to introduce himself as our new technician. He asked if I had noticed any areas of concern. I mentioned a few and without hesitation he offered to take care of the issues now. This impressed me ! I didn't expect him to be so willing to help this instant. His customer service was excellent. He did a great job of dusting all the visible webs on the parameter of the house. He was polite and courteous. I was pleased and impressed. Thank You !

My experience with Insight Technician [redacted] was totally professional. She explained the process, checked in for each step, and confirmed with her manager for additional services she could provide. She was helpful without being pushy. She explained everything, but the decision was mine.

I would prefer [redacted] as my Technician for all work done on my home in the future. I signed a contract.

[redacted] is always informative and through in his inspection and service to our home. He always has time to talk with us about his application of product to protect our home from bugs. He is very knowledgeable and is like having a great friend taking care of our home.

I am hopeful that this company stands up to their word. They outbid a competitor, and I am hopeful that their service will live up to their spiel.
