Had our first treatment today and think we will be pleased with the results. [redacted] was the technician and found her very pleasant well informed and was excellent at informing me of different things she found.

The Insight Representative, [redacted] was punctual and courteous. He was very considerate and placed shoe guards on upon entering my home. He gave me a short video to watch that explained the process and answered all of my questions. He did a thorough job inside and out. I found it refreshing to deal with a company that employs kind, courteous, and customer oriented employees. Thank you [redacted] for helping to keep my home bug free.

Insight Pest Solutions provided an email reminder of their quarterly service appointment and the technician arrived on time as scheduled. He was efficient and professional and willing and eager to answer my questions. He was also personable and kind in the face of my downcast mood on the morning he arrived as it was the day after election day :(

I had a fantastic expierence w the sales person and exceptional service from the 3 service techs especially [redacted] . I had an issue & I called into the call center and quickly found out how incredibly unfriendly they are ! Not only did they not care about my infestation they schedule my appointed over a week away ! I was able to speak to a supervisor name [redacted] who was professional and was able to help me . She had the SEEVICE MANAGER for my area come out HE WAS EXTREMELY UN PROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND SPOKE TO ME A DISRESPECTFUL MANNER SO I ASKED HIM TO LEAVE AND THEN CANCELED MY SERVICE!!!!!!! if the 3service techs ran that company I would have stayed for many years unfortunately they don't & I will not pay to be disrespected or have horrible customer service.

Insight pest Solutions is a great company to work with. My experience with my installer has been very positive. He was very professional, very attentive to detail, and was all around pleasant to work with. I was impressed about how well he liked the company he was working for.
