[redacted] was our technician and he was very polite and diligent. I was a few minutes late, but he started on the outside. He was very efficient. I am hopeful that this company stands up to their word. They outbid a competitor, and I am hopeful that their service will live up to their spiel. Again, I can't speak highly enough about [redacted] I look forward to working with this company in the future.

Technician [redacted] did an excellent job servicing my house. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about pest control and was able to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend him and Insight Pest Solutions.

[redacted] is always informative and through in his inspection and service to our home. He always has time to talk with us about his application of product to protect our home from bugs. He is very knowledgeable and is like having a great friend taking care of our home.

Insight Pest Solutions provided an email reminder of their quarterly service appointment and the technician arrived on time as scheduled. He was efficient and professional and willing and eager to answer my questions. He was also personable and kind in the face of my downcast mood on the morning he arrived as it was the day after election day :(

I had a fantastic expierence w the sales person and exceptional service from the 3 service techs especially [redacted] . I had an issue & I called into the call center and quickly found out how incredibly unfriendly they are ! Not only did they not care about my infestation they schedule my appointed over a week away ! I was able to speak to a supervisor name [redacted] who was professional and was able to help me . She had the SEEVICE MANAGER for my area come out HE WAS EXTREMELY UN PROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND SPOKE TO ME A DISRESPECTFUL MANNER SO I ASKED HIM TO LEAVE AND THEN CANCELED MY SERVICE!!!!!!! if the 3service techs ran that company I would have stayed for many years unfortunately they don't & I will not pay to be disrespected or have horrible customer service.

I had the pleasure of contacting InSight this past weekend. The customer service rep on the telephone was fast, knowledgeable and very patience while I asked a series of questions. I was running 10 minutes behind scheduled for my appointment and the service manager called to make sure everything was ok, before leaving. He learned that I was less than 5 minutes away and he waited for me to return, completed the project with another person and explained everything they did while doing it. I would recommend this company to all of my family, friends, and strangers. This is a company that lives true customer service. THANK YOU!

[redacted] with Insight Pest Solutions did a fantastic job at getting rid of those pesky bugs. Even though my wife and I had a medical emergency eariler in the day and missed our initial appointment. [redacted] worked on the outside of the house while we were away. When we came back he promplty arrived and finished the inside. He was very professional and personable. We are new to this area and are extremely happy to have Insight Pest Solutions with its great customer service. You dont see that much anymore these days.
