[redacted] with Insight Pest Solutions did a fantastic job at getting rid of those pesky bugs. Even though my wife and I had a medical emergency eariler in the day and missed our initial appointment. [redacted] worked on the outside of the house while we were away. When we came back he promplty arrived and finished the inside. He was very professional and personable. We are new to this area and are extremely happy to have Insight Pest Solutions with its great customer service. You dont see that much anymore these days.

I had the pleasure of contacting InSight this past weekend. The customer service rep on the telephone was fast, knowledgeable and very patience while I asked a series of questions. I was running 10 minutes behind scheduled for my appointment and the service manager called to make sure everything was ok, before leaving. He learned that I was less than 5 minutes away and he waited for me to return, completed the project with another person and explained everything they did while doing it. Insight Pest Solutions is an amazing company. The technician who came to our house was AWESOME and arrived early, was extremely friendly, and was quick and thorough. I hardly knew he was here! Signing up, scheduling an appt, paying for your appt, everything was so easy and painless. Insight was able to schedule when I was here which was my preference. The technician showed up on time per the appointment. . [redacted] was our service tech. He had helpful suggestions, was very professional and friendly. This was our second treatment with Insight. We have not seen an ant in the house since the first treatment. So far our experience has been very positive.
