My service was great. My technician arrived within my scheduled service window and performed all the services that had been set forth in the agreement. Any questions I had were answered by my technician. Overall very happy!

This is the first and only pest control company I would ever use. I've had a very good experience with them. Since they have treated my home, the pesky spiders are not coming into the my home any more. The technicians are very polite, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They always ask if I have any questions and will explain the treatment and products. The technician [redacted] came out to treat my home last week and he is a pleasure to work with. Thank you for an outstanding job!

The Insight technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He came and performed the service in a timely manner. He gave me tips and advise on how to prevent this issue in the future. I am very satisfied with my experience.

We are very happy with the service we received from Insight Pest Solutions. Our technician was very knowledgeable and provided great service. He answered all questions and did a great job treating our home inside and outside. We would highly recommend this company!

Insight was able to schedule when I was here which was my preference. The technician showed up on time per the appointment. . [redacted] was our service tech. He had helpful suggestions, was very professional and friendly. This was our second treatment with Insight. We have not seen an ant in the house since the first treatment. So far our experience has been very positive.

We have been with insight pest control for about a year now, paid for their service, and now we are leaving. We have paid for pest control service and the pest still keep coming, still had pest issues. Contacted Insight over the phone and spoke with the technicians that came to the house, nothing changed and now they wanted me to pay more money for them to come out and solve the problem. Why continue to pay for services promised by Insight Pest Control if they can't control pest. We cancelled our service as of today, they want us to pay $60 to them, it will not happen. Don't waste your time or money with their service.

Only had 1 treatment with Insight Pet Control, but already seeing a difference, especially in the yard with the amount of bugs.

[redacted] was our insight tech for our most recent winter service. He was most courteous and did a great job removing all the debris and cobwebs around our house.

Salesman was lowkey and to the point and technician arrived next day at appointed time. They use college kids over the summer and he was very polite and capable. [redacted] was his name. Appointment was thorough and he was through in less than an hour. Cleaning out the spider webs in the garage was the bonus as I don't have anything that can reach that high.

The techican was very prompt, and listened to all our concerns before proceeding for the required treatments.
