Insight pest solutions technician [redacted] came tot the door, bright and early, and was pleasant as can be. He introduced himself, asked if we noticed any problems in or around the house and proceeded to explain all that he was going to do. He seemed to have done a thorough job and for someone that pleasant, so early in the day, made me happy for the day!

My experience with Insight was just fantastic. They are thorough, considerate, informative, professional, and a joy to do business with. Insight Pest Solutions is such a blessing to my family. We used to have spiders and water bugs inside our home because our house is up against wet lands. Since using Insight we no longer have that problem. It is very rare to see any bugs in our home now. If we do all we have to do is call them and they come to re-spray for FREE. We just have them come out at the beginning of each season and pay then. The in between treatments (which we rarely have) are FREE. [redacted] is usually my technician and he goes that extra mile making sure we are happy. He even educates us on different types of bugs and what to watch out for. We have had problems with ants every year so when the sales rep stopped at our house we thought it was a good time to find a solution to that problem. Our technician, [redacted] was prompt, curtious and thorough. It has only been 1 week but we have noticed a significant improvement.

Insight Pest Solutions was great. Our technician [redacted] was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond for us and was efficient, helpful with his pointers and found several entry points for our "visitors" which he sealed.

I have used Insight Pest Solutions for about two years now. The technicians are prompt, courteous, and willing to do whatever it takes to solve any pest issue I have. They automatically schedule their visits every three months. If, within the three months, an issue arises (in my case, the occasional sugar ant trail through the kitchen), the technician will come out as often as needed to fix the problem. Each time, for me, it was only an extra treatment, and the ants were gone. My kids had fun counting all of the ants that magically appeared in the strangest places after the technician baited the areas. By morning...no more ants.

[redacted] has been my technician for at least the last 18 months. He has gone above and beyond to patiently explain what he is doing inside the house (which will only be done if you ask; otherwise, Insight only treats the exterior. This is not an issue...just ask, but you need to be home to let them in).

I am completely satisfied with Insight Pest Solutions and would highly recommend the company. I must say that I was very leary at first, because it was a cold call knocking at my door. I took the information and their pricing, checked them out on line, and called to set up my initial spraying.

I do have to mention that my backyard has a large ant population, and I have tried different solutions to remedy the issue. Nothing has worked, but [redacted] explained that though they extinguish the living population, new ants do return...it's what they do. These treatments from Insight stop those ants from penetrating the house barrier. They do not get in. Remember, nothing is 100%. I do get some stragglers that make it, but if it is an uncomfortable amount, call them, and they will return to spray again.

I know their product works. I called on another occasion due to dozens of ants wandering around my porch. It was interesting to note, that though they were on my porch, none made it close to the foundation of the house. At the same time, I was having a bee issue which was causing mass hysteria with my small children trying to get into the house. Once Mike arrived the next day, both issues were neutralized.

Had my first treatment today and they were very informative. Completed everything in a timely manner and took two hives. Hoping for a bee free summer!

Beginning with their initial visit asking to serve us, they have been polite, professional, knowledgable, and sincere. And, oh yes, we have had pests totally controlled. Appearance and attitude are always top notch.
