The tech was very friendly and knowledgable about the product and how to adapt the applications to our concerns within our home. When an area looked like it was missed, she very happily took care of it. She knew the product well, and was professional and enthusiastic. We felt confident that our expectations would be met; we would recommend her as well as the company.

We had a very pleasant experience. She a very good worker. Hope to have her back again!

We have used insight for over 2 years in two different homes. Our new home had some major ant issues the first summer and they came out between services and took care of it quickly. We are very happy with them and recommend any one looking for pest control to use insight.

Thank you [redacted] for your help. The yellow jacket hive required [redacted], the applicator, to dig under a small bush to get to the hive. He informed me that this may require digging out the bush before he did it. The hive was very large and required more digging and many applications of bee killing chemicals.
