Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have looked at the Help links resources provided by the business long agoIn fact, this is the first thing I didI looked again just nowThe help link on this subject states that I might have mi-styped my email addressThis is not the case because I receive marketing emails from Instagram in my registered with Instagram email which is [email protected] Help link also states that the email with the security code may have gone into "Spam" folderI check "Spam" folder few times a day - this email has never arrived in regular folder or "Spam" folder No matter what I do, I do not receive an email with the security code and am not able to get into my account.Sincerely, [redacted]
