Hello once again,
Please note that as I previously stated I had already been reporting these posts, however nothing was being done by Instagram.
Also please note that this is not on Facebook and I can see that you have completely misread the case.
Know that the links to posts I have provided are breaking the rules of Community Guidelines and have been reported so by myself multiple times, however Instagram has ignored them and has not yet removed these posts. In my understanding users such as this do no get the privilege of posting such content as every person in Instagram should be treated the same and the same rules should apply, this is not the case with them. Instagram has been keeping their pictures and not removing them.
I will not take people such as yourself disregarding my case without even fully reading it, that is unprofessional and very rude towards me as a customer.
Please send this case to someone who will fully read it and resolve the issue by removing all posts that are breaking the rules of Community Guidelines on instagram.

The reason I am contacting through the Revdex.com is because I'm tired of the same automated response that I just received. Instagram is being very inconsiderate of those who are responsible for their success. The consumers. Everyone on [redacted] Instagram including Instagram sometimes violates the guidelines. I am almost out of a home because I lost my affialite connections due to lack of following and influence. I ask that you guys at least take the time to consider instead of constantly sending out the same automated message.

WHY?! If I have my child initiate a complaint through Revdex.com will you honor her request to remove it since according to Instagram, 13 is the new age of consent?  May you never have a teen that makes a poor choice...[redacted]

Instagram/Facebook receives payment from their verified users to promote hateful, racist, discriminatory propaganda on their accounts. Donald Trump is the main perpetrator for this unconstitutional, unlawful promotion against Muslims. This negative propaganda demoralizes Muslims and Muslim Americans all over the world.
Instagram/Facebook is encouraging mass havoc/violence/bullying against Muslims by allowing Donald Trump to spread his negative campaign through their interface. He is damaging our community and it's hurting our children and families. In order to reprimand the damages incurred, Donald Trump's Instagram and Facebook account must be deleted.

Revdex.com, Please look at the response that was given to me. I can't talk to anyone at the company and I've already mentioned that I've tried to go through the help topics. This is the reason why I'm left with no alternative than to contact you in the first place.
That I can't speak to anyone in a company of thousands of employees to simply close my account is unacceptable!Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I was contacted requesting to verify that I am indeed the owner of my business. After verification, an email to the help section on the public website was emailed to me. That link does not help me since there is no help articles pertaining to my exact issue. Not sure why they asked me to verify ownership, when they just emailed me a publicly available link. My response to that email on 2/9/17 has not received a reply yet.

We have been through all this before. The help section does not help me find a solution. Something is wrong with the account. You have verified before what email it is set to and even changed it to different ones.
 
If I don't enter a password for the handle[redacted] get the error "The username you entered doesn't belong to an account. Please check your username and try again."
 
If I enter the password set during the reset links you have sent in the past I get "We couldn't connect to Instagram. Make sure you're connected to the internet and try again."
 
If I try to reset the password myself, it will say that it sent an email but it never comes.
 
I am able to login to other Instagram account on this computer. There appears to be something wrong with this account on your end. Can you look into what causes the errors above to happen?
