If it was made fraudulently and without my consent, please explain to me HOW I WOULD HAVE A USERNAME TO PROVIDE THEM?

Simply delete any account referencing that email as it is NOT ME

We aren't able to block people permanently from attempting to add or sign up with a specific email address, but only the person with access to the email account can confirm the new account or email change
To prevent others from trying to use your email address, you can sign up for your own account with this email or add it to an existing accountLearn how to add an email address to your account:

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I'm sorry, but I haven't received
any form of contact in regards to resolving this issue, and I still have no way of contacting Instagram in order to retrieve my account that was wrongfully deleted without my permissionI feel helpless at the moment, like a sitting duck, knowing there's no way of knowing if my issue is truly going to be resolved or if this is a way to tide me over and see if I'll forget the matter.
It still says mt Instagram username is in use so therefor the account has to be backed up somewhere, and attempting to log in says that it "was requested to be deleted" which gets my hopes up that it's not entirely impossible to retrieve my Instagram account.
I do truly hope that some form of contact is made, even if it's just a "hey, we're working on it, sorry about the wait." I do know it's not the businesses fault, but it'd be nice to have some sort of comfort that everything is being handled or I can be helpedSorry if this came off as rude, I just really want my account back and my memories captured in photographs back along with it, because it was not my choice to have it deleted. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Again, I do not feel like Instagram is listening to what has happened in this situation. They are asking for an account hyperlink, however there is no account any more. The account in questions *** (***) was hacked by *** (***), then they deleted our 1000+ posts while we attempted to get Instagram's help. Then the account was removed by Instagram after everything was deletedSo these hyperlinks will not work because the account was removed
