Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted requesting to verify that I am indeed the owner of my businessAfter verification, an email to the help section on the public website was emailed to meThat link does not help me since there is no help articles pertaining to my exact issueNot sure why they asked me to verify ownership, when they just emailed me a publicly available linkMy response to that email on 2/9/has not received a reply yet A copy of my response is below: -------------- Hello, We have been through all this beforeThe help section does not help me find a solutionSomething is wrong with the accountYou have verified before what email it is set to and even changed it to different ones If I don't enter a password for the handle [redacted] get the error "The username you entered doesn't belong to an accountPlease check your username and try again." If I enter the password set during the reset links you have sent in the past I get "We couldn't connect to InstagramMake sure you're connected to the internet and try again." If I try to reset the password myself, it will say that it sent an email but it never comes I am able to login to other Instagram account on this computerThere appears to be something wrong with this account on your endCan you look into what causes the errors above to happen? Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: they are redirecting me to file under their help center of which has been of no help despite the MULTIPLE times I have filed complaints under BOTH of those help centersBOTH help centers sent me back the SAME copy/pasted responses where I could not reach an actual person to speak toi sent in photos of my copyright and ID to prove it as directedand nothing was done

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I wish to proceed with gaining help because the Instagram Help Center doesn't answer my question
I own the Instagram account*** and it has been in operation for almost two years, forming in June I run the group with my friends in the United States, Australia, Germany and other areas of the United KingdomHence, my account was triggered for suspicious activity due to all of these locations accessing the accountWhen I go to try and sign into my account, I get an error message of "We noticed some unusual activity on your accountWe'll send you a security code to verify your account." I click on the "Ok" option to send via email, and get directed to a page asking me to "Enter the 6-digit security code we just sent you via email to verify your account."
The email associated with the account is *** - and no 6-digit security code has been sent to it, even after multiple tries to get the code sent
I am looking for a resolution to this issue.Sincerely,*** ***

I contacted this company and filed gave them information about the phony accounts and scamsI never received a response from them regarding the matterThis company is not doing anything at all to protect its users

Did the money exchange happen over Instagram? This will help us know if there is further investigation that we need to make
